I've been here twice now for iPhone screen replacement. This most recent time was a fantastic experience - same day service (on a Sunday!) in roughly an hour and the price was great!

I ordered some batteries online for cheaper than any large boxstore. I received an email the next day that they were ready, so I picked them up, and the clerk was prompt and friendly. No line, no hassle, good service, excellent price!

Excellent experience getting a new car battery installed. I ordered the battery online late the night before and scheduled the installation for 10am the following morning. I arrived a half hour early and they were able to accommodate right away. The employee, who was new, provided great service. They explained what they were doing as they installed the battery. They were polite and both friendly and interesting to chat with as they installed the new car battery. I highly recommend this company and this location (Everett, WA). Well done!

Honestly, as a female, I absolutely HATE having to deal with my car on my own or walk in a dealership or parts store without my dad. But luckily I had the opposite experience today. Alex was great and helped me get what I needed and now we have a warranty to protect from future issues. I can't speak for ALL of the employees at this location and everyone has different interactions, but Alex was great and was quick/knowledgable. Really appreciated it. Thanks so so much!

Bought a phone charger and cable from here for 45 dollars a few months ago and they said it had a 1 year warranty, I asked if I needed a receipt and they said I didn't need one because they could just look me up In computer. Cable stopped working today I went in and tried to exchange It for another one and of course they couldn't find me in computer, and also said that the damage was caused by me. Very poor customer service and didn't try very hard to remedy the situation. I won't be returning here ever again, I would rather drive a little farther to Interstate All Battery Center, 727 134th St SW, Everett, WA 98204 and be treated with respect and not lied to about products in the store. I would never recommend anyone go here to be over charged and taken advantage of when something goes wrong.

I had an emergency last minute phone repair on a Sunday night and they were able to take it in and have it ready for pick up shortly after opening the next day! These guys are awesome.

March 12 I took my iPhone 7 to have battery replaced. The tech was very personable and apologized for the unexpected. The phone had a known issue of 'loop' disease. It was sent to their tech in Wisconsin via standard shipping. It arrived in Wisconsin on March 16 or 17. On March 21 the tech informed the store that phone could not be repaired. I was not told this until March 24. A replacement was to be shipped on March 25, then on March 28. By April 4 I contacted corporate customer service because I was getting no e-mail responses from the store. April 5 I received somewhat of an apology via e-mail with a tracking number. They would get the phone, verify it was working and send it to me the same day. They received the phone at 9:30 a.m., but it wasn't shipped until the next day. I finally had a phone again after 3 weeks and 6 days. I'm older, live alone and had no ready access to another phone. I was originally told the phone was going to Idaho and would be shipped, repaired and shipped right back - obviously, a lack of information passed to the employee. I was also told on more than one occasion the replacement would be shipped directly to me. Just an overall nightmare!
