Raquel Cook assisted me today with some issues that I was having with my mortgage. Raquel is by far the best manager that I have had the pleasure of working with at this location or at Banner bank period!! She went above and beyond to help me in a timely, professional manner. Thank you Raquel!! I hope Raquel’s boss reads this and gives her the raise that she most definitely deserves! Raquel is my go to for ALL things banking!

Recently opened up an account, and the card keeps getting declined at stores which embarrasses me, then I tried to use the app on my phone, and it would not recognize my login, then I tried to use the phone teller, and it says my account is inactive. add to this the fact that I had to go into the bank twice because the woman who opened my account didn’t put the correct name on my account so when I went to submit the direct deposit page to work, it got rejected because the woman at the bank had given them my online ID name instead of my legal bank information name.And even though I repeatedly declined overdraft protection, it has been installed on my account.The woman who opened my account was not the least bit friendly.This is incredibly bizarre.I am clearly regretting opening up this bank account with this bank. Too many red flags after having the account for just two weeks.

I have banked at this location for a very long time, over the last 2 years they have had a significant amount of turnover.Unfortunately customer service has now become secondary with a select few. Assumptions by appearance run rampant.Multiple times I have reminded myself that people have bad days but when it becomes the norm to seem miserable in your career path it’s probably time to make a change and find a new path.I have closed all of my accounts and moved my money and business elsewhere where it’s appreciated. To the woman who hates her job, find a new one. It affects everyone around you.Wear a smile, people can hear it!

Charge $4 for ATM transactions -.-Hard Pass on signing up with you. Gouging people who aren't signed up is criminal. Plus the interest is not good enough to get me to make a lateral move.

Tried to wire funds ( we had cash several thousand dollars) through my significant others account for a very important transaction that was closing today and they would not do the transaction even though the account was in good standing. It just hadnt been used for anything but cashing a check a couple times a year. We went to Bank of America, who we dont bank with and they were more helpful. Giving us several options to take care of our problem. Banner bank has been very good to me the last 5 years but since the merger they had in the last couple years it has gone down hill with there customer service. We are closing accounts as soon as possible.
