This bank deserves to be shut down atm stole 900 dollars from my girl and they wouldn’t do anything about it when it’s all on camera and when they open the atm it’ll be in the machine it’s ridiculous just how dumb and lazy with lack of customer service and their atm machines are always damaged which shows how much they just don’t care about maintenance

Why are they only open til 4pm that is very inconvenient! Not only on Saturdays! Hate when they only have one teller! There glass doors are very loud when you open and close them!

I came in for the first time to open an account and I left happy. Haymura or Heymura, I don't remember how to spell her name, was the best and her service was so great that I left this Bank happy. She turned my bad day into a great day. Thank you to Bank of America for having such a friendly, respectful employee. I'm happy and I recommend this Bank to anyone who is looking to open an account and bank with them.

Now I met a lady here but the name Emily.... a banker. She is the best worker I have ever seen. God bless her for me. Was able to open and account, acquired a credit card and updated my other account. Very quick and very friendly lady.

I am new customer went to branch to apply credit card first of all the receptionist was rude and finaly when I ask questions about the credit card application the personal banker even dont know applying credit card would be soft pull inquiry or hard pull. Very disappointed no customer service and sales skills.

I went to this branch today and had a very positive experience. Emily, the woman I worked with, was genuinely helpful and provided a higher level of customer service than I've seen at other Bank of America branches. If your going to open an account with Bank of America, in my opinion, this is a great place to do so.
