They had the battery charger we needed at a reasonable price. Very helpful staff. Easily seen from the road with plenty of parking.

Had to follow my girlfriend here to get her battery replaced. The employee was very professional and had all the tools available to allow me to get the old battery out and the new battery in. They were very helpful and offered appropriate replacement equipment. Would definitely return here if I'm in the area and in need of parts and help.

The staff in my experience was hit or miss as far as knowledgeability goes, they had a few new hires and I had to come back more than once after getting sold incorrect products. For example I needed sandpaper, know nothing about it, went in and the sales associate sold me grain that was too small and a rubber sanding block that was useless, $20 wasted. I have some responsibility as the customer but I came here for guidance and ended up getting upsold more than once. One time I went in to return an item and while the associate is processing my refund I bent down to look at an air freshener, he comes out from behind the register and checks what I'm doing with a concerned look on his face, also a security guard hired by a third party is in there staring you down, that's always fun. Way to contribute to this hostile environment. Not to mention you will walk in and stand in line for 10 minutes without a worker helping you. Bottom of the barrel customer experience.Edit: i just ran in here real quick to get a side mirror assembly and the lady literally told the other cashier to go check to make sure the safe is locked. Thank you for ruining my day.

Ben helped me pick out a battery for my car after testing it and seeing it needed replacement. He explained the differences between each one and the warrantied life time on them. He installed it and took the old one so that countered the core fee. Great customer service, knowledgeable and provided recommendations to keep my car safer.

Went here to get my battery replaced and have to say I was amazed after owning my car for five years I was informed by Kimberly that my battery was not only the wrong size but that it was also leaking. She was super sweet, fast and got the job done. She also noticed my car making a strange sound and went the extra mile to send me right to her father john A. at the Lynwood location who was able to help me figure out what I needed to fix. I’m amazed by the knowledge and helping hand they all had. If I could give ten stars I would.

They are always so helpful! Today I purchased a new battery, and they installed it for me. I appreciate it SO much! I'm usually stressed out if I'm visiting an automotive store, because it means something is wrong. So their kindness always means a lot. Ty AutoZone! I wish I would have got the employee's name so I could personally acknowledge him, I'm so rude??♀️

Kimberly helped me get the headlight replaced in my Kia Soul. She went WAAAAAAYYYY above and beyond helping with this tricky replacement. Without me asking, she offered to help get it swapped out. I got the most help from her that I've ever had at any auto parts store ever, bar none. I think she has the mark of leadership. And this is not nepotism: I had never met her before today. Thanks for your help Kim!

the parts sales manager kimberly f. is amazing so sweet and kind i had a simple scratch on my car and she recommended such great products and even came out to help me with the problem she is truly amazing and we need more workers like her honestly!!!!

Very poor customer service! My husband has been discriminated against more than once at this location. The first time he was trying to return a defective item he had bought the day before and it was denied with the excuse that the item had no guarantee. I went the next morning and got a refund with no questions asked. But as soon as the employee who denied my husband the refund heard me using his phone number for the AutoZone account he proceeded to make nasty comments about him in Spanish thinking I would not understand, I confronted him and the manager on duty only promised me to talk to him, I left the store furious and with no apology from anybody! The latest incident happened after my husband tried to recycle motor oil. He went many times to the store and was always denied the service with the excuse of their container being full. Once again I went myself the next day and the employee immediately dumped the oil for me with no excuses! I spoke to the manager on duty and he told me that the container is emptied once a week, but it had not been done yet cause it was not full. I complained to him about the employees denying the service to my husband and as soon as I told him he was being discriminated against, he said he believed it was pure laziness and that he would talk to them. I again left the store upset and without an apology. Just avoid this location!
