As far as banks go one of the most overrated. Only two of the employees are actually genuine and helpful. The manager seems like she doesn’t know how to manage her employees. Always hearing the employees talk bad about their customers or themselves. Seems like there are cliques in that specific branch. Never had any trouble in any other bank I bank with. Only worthwhile thing there is Chanel! Always very helpful even my small questions.
Manager has her nose in the air…… Also, if I don’t have enough money in my account I’m charged?? ATM fees if not a chase ATM??? Sheesh no thanks.

I had unfortunate, odd things happen with my account, and I had horrible horrible time getting my check released and I ended up finally everything being OK but there was one teller that went above and beyond exceptional customer service and was just a wonderful helpful person went way out of her way to help me and she’s absolute joy to talk with so if you need to open the account. Go see her she’s wonderful. her name is Natanya Hernandez great customer service a total of five stars just for her

To be closed in such a small, relatively covid safe town is absolute laziness. Other branches across the state and country have their drive thrus open. Just demolish the building and put something more useful there. Like a daycare, or brothel. Anything is better than chase-garbage-bank. :)LAZINESS.The employees rock. Management is clearly lazy trash that doesn't feel like paying employees in covid times.

Really considering changing banks..... Small town with low covid, Branch closed with a sign stating that the ATM is open, but here it is a month later still broken. Thanks Chase, now that your phone app wont work on my 2 year old phone because it needs the newest OS, I have to drive 30 minutes to make a deposit. Why is the ATM not fixed? I mean you have all my money to use to fix the damn thing. Don't bank with Chase.

If you guys are only going to have one ATM available 24/7 outside your building, you need to make sure that it's not broken 24/7 like it has been. obviously having your guys's stuff vandalized is a huge problem so you should probably get a security guard so that you stop leaving customers high and dry waiting for mobile deposit times. Also I'm not super good at math but I assume one or two security guards on payroll is a lot cheaper than paying a repair company every single time you need your ATM fixed

Inside is closed, atm has been broken (front of it is smashed in several places) for I think over a month now and they can't be bothered to fix it, apparently. Going to change banks soon because the Chase here doesn't really seem to care one way or another if customers can access their money or not

ATM is broken. Teller told my husband last week that it needed repair because someone tried to break into it. Now the drive through and lobby are also closed. Why would you not staff the building when you know the ATM is broken? Nearest branch is over half an hour away. Really disappointed in the mismanagement of this branch.
