Honestly, it doesn’t even deserve one star literally not even a minute being in the parking lot stare in the window and see the guy working in there picking his nose and looking at it! Unsanitary don’t want the guy handling the items I grab or my food look over your cameras and you’ll see for yourself!

I dont usually leave reviews but ive never seen a place go downhill so fast after an ownership change. The store is constantly messy, the floors are so sticky it was almost pulling off my shoes, and half the aisles weren’t stocked at all. The workers do not talk to you and will quite literally throw things into bags. We want Josh and Bobbi and all the others back who deserved to keep their jobs! Very disgusting to fire all the people who have been working there for years and were promised that theyd keep their jobs! Bring them back!!

1 guy working at noon during the week what a cluster. Where’s all the employees we deal with on a daily basis for the last 5 years. New employees are rude and not trained in customer service.I asked where all the other employees were and was lied to saying they still work there. WILL NOT BE BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. DO NOT COME HERE. Your regular nice and happy 7/11 workers you have come to know are no longer there. They all got fired or they were forced to quit because they wouldn’t be scheduled. This place was bought out by the same family who owns the other 7/11 and many other convenience stores in town. They are very rude, everytime i come in early morning, the guy in the front will not help you and will make you sit and wait. They have poor customer service and should not own any sort of store. They are already losing business and it’s sad. DO NOT COME HERE

I dont think ive ever written a review on google before. But this warranted it. My wife and i just moved to ellensburg about 3 months ago. I work generally 12 to 13 hour shifts out in cle elum. So i get off around 11 and get home at midnight. Previously i relied on this 711 being only a few blocks away from home. For decently fresh good tasting late night food. Considering nothing else in the area is open around that time. Apparently they've come under new management. All i can say is that the food i purchased there tonight was totally inedible. Usually the clerk that ive come to know and appreciate would have everything stocked up and fresh. They had barely anything. Not even a single hotdog. The taquitos i had were literal bricks. I wasted my money. To put a cherry on top the clerk, i tried joking around with like i would the previous. Expressed such discontent with having to interact with me. He completely looked away from me as i was trying to talk to him. The only thing I know is that i will never come here again. I'll make sure to have my wife go by the grocery store or something else before too late. Absolutely disappointing to the name of this chain. I've had better 711 service in the ghetto of California where i grew up than this.

STAY AWAY! I have been disrespected before, but 711 is the worst store I've ever been to. I've been trying to put money on my Chime account the last 3 days there. It's a simple process. He, who doesn't speak very good English whatso ever. Keep telling me my card declined. When I trying to add money to it. I've done it hundred of time there. My 7 year old can figure it out. You can't fix stupid I guess. Don't waste your time going there. The FOOD he was selling in the heat box wasn't even turned on. It was disgusting. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Horrible customer service. The worst.

The cowboy owner of this place told meIf I park and walk down the street he’s going to tow me. I asked him if I could make a purchase or buy a few items and go a few blocks and he said absolutely not and stared at my car until I left. Won’t ever make a purchase here ever and thought the owner was super rude. The fact that he has time to monitor cars parked out front shows how little he has going on

Guys that work in there are less than friendly even rude sometimes. I informed the employee the Coke was out at the machine and was told to pick something else then. I was the only person in the store. Apparently cell phone was more important.

Honestly if I could give no stars- I’d give zero. I made a purchase which is typically $10. One week it jumped up to $14. I asked why? The guy working there said “Taxes.” I’m like, hmmm- suddenly? Huge leap! ? Next week it went up to $15. ? I asked again & told them that the same item anywhere else was $10. No response. So we’re only getting a special $5 University tax at only this 7-11 to line the owners pocket? I’d think his reasoning would be illegal claiming it is due to a recent tax hike. I’m not so desperate that I can’t go somewhere else & pay the $10 with taxes. They also glare at me when I go in which is bizarre because I’ve always been friendly to them. I’m not there to make friends but most of them always treat me unkindly. So I don’t go in there anymore. It’s closer to home but Warriors & the other 7-11 have much better prices & at least they are honest… actually, the price is the same everywhere else but this 7-11. Pretty sketchy. Miss the previous owner & their honesty. Scammers here.I’ve had other employees at the other 7-11 tell me that customers have brought their pizzas in from this store in to be baked because they refuse to spend under 10 minutes to cook it for them- which they all do, minus this store. ? Why bother with them? They’re rude & dishonest. Just look at their prices. Don’t pay for convenience. The other 7-11 is honestly priced & they are friendlier. Well, & honest.And no, why bother contacting you? There’s a few nice employees there but obviously are told to overcharge & they comply. Are you suddenly going to drop the price back down to $10? And no, it was never a new tax. If it was- it would be the same charge at all 7-11 stores & any other for that matter. Can’t believe the price gouging. You lost a customer. I’ve been going there for 9 years & now refuse to pay your prices when I can get the item elsewhere for $5 less. That’s insane! How do you go from $14-15 in “taxes” in the same week? ?
