Very rude!!! I tried to make an appointment with GI doctor. The scheduler was so rude. I've never had this kind of service at other clinics. Please consider hiring better trained person, who has least respect for the patient. I will never ever use this clinic for any reason.

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST FRONT OFFICE SCHEDULER EVER.!! IF THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THE SCHEDULER IS ANY INDICATION OF THE SKILLS OF THEIR DOCTOR, I PROBABLY JUST SAVED MY OWN LIFE!!? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE, PROBABLY ANYWHERE ELSE?

WORST FACILITY!! THEY CLAIMED THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY REFERRAL, it was sent twice to them. The worst office staff ever.

The clinic is a little tricky to find inside the building but other than that it was great. Dr. Wataru Tamura, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and front desk staff were all very informative, friendly, comforting, professional, and efficient.

The ARNP who saw me was ok. He recommended and ordered a bravo test. Ok so I was willing to do it. Well 4 months later I have yet to hear from them to schedule the test. I called and left a message for the woman who schedules the bravo. She did not bother to call me back. I will not be returning and I give them the lowest rating possible. Don’t waste your time waiting for that bunch. I know they have some very good doctors as they used to be Eastside gastro but the support staff….ugh!

Horrible attitude from the front desk trying to schedule, lady acted like the entire world owed her money. Would give negative stars if I can.

After reading some reviews, I wish I would have done this before I started the nightmare I'm going through now! Dealing with a billing (Gastro Health Edmonds billed my insurance wrong for recent colonoscopy) issue that has taken more hours of my time then I care to admit! I have an appeal going on with Regence and even they are dumbfounded as to how Gastro Health has handled this. I've called Gastro Health billing numerous times and each time a representative tells me something different (I am honestly not sure they even got trained). I have escalated this issue and filed formal complaints. But, if this is how they handle customer service and billing then I can only imagine how they handle health care! Steer clear if you want to avoid huge unnecessary bills and certainly if you want to get top notch health care - there are SO many other options in the Seattle area.

I was very happy how my procedure went at Puget Sound Gastro. The staff was professional and friendly. Everyone, from the doctor to the receptionist was excellent. I highly recommend them!

Rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with and I have unfortunately been exposed to many while trying to access care for my special needs son. Once they found out he was nonverbal they actively discouraged me from trying to make an appointment and when I finally did get an appointment on Friday they call at the crack of dawn on Monday morning with some excuse about his insurance which was completely incorrect. I highly suspect this is all based on not wanting to see a special-needs person. They also told me Dr. Schnider was really old and terrified of Covid and doesn't like to see patients in person, even though I assured her we were both vaccinated and wore masks and have no reason to suspect we have Covid. I would rather go to the Everett Clinic than take my child here and that's saying a lot. Also the receptionist kept repeating the fact that Covid can kill people which I believe has been well established and wasn't exactly news to me. Covid had nothing to do with our visit! If you can't or don't want to see patients with serious GI symptoms, then retire. Also refuses to take cash paying patients if they don't like our insurance. This refusal to see a disabled patient is probably a massive ADA and civil rights violation. I cannot imagine why they keep this receptionist there I see her name mentioned in complaints multiple times. The whole place seems sketchy - they can't say whether they are or are not on staff at Swedish. Website says the physicians are, the receptionist said they have absolutely nothing to do with Swedish other than being in one of their office buildings. Glad I found out how horrible they are before I took my son there, I would never let this guy touch him with a 10 foot pole. They also seem to operate under several different corporate names, never a good sign.

I don’t know what these doctors are getting paid for. They do absolutely nothing for you. I can get omeprazole over the counter. Thanks for wasting my time and insurance money. Be ashamed of calling yourselves doctors!!

I had an excellent experience at PSG in Edmonds for my screening colonoscopy. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. I was able to schedule through their Direct Access, and the procedure day itself was so efficient. The staff was reassuring (since I was a bit nervous) and friendly. I felt confident in the hands of my anesthesist (Ian) and Dr.Guo. After checking in and getting my IV placed, I was wheeled to the procedure room and don't remember anything after that until I returned to the recovery room. I felt back to normal by the time I got home (driven home by my husband), about 2 hours after first checking in. They are taking COVID precautions seriously; I had to get tested prior to my procedure and all staff was respectful regarding safety precautions. I can highly recommend PSG for anyone needing colonoscopy or gastroenterology needs!

Something has definitely changed with customer service here. Every comment from the past two years is accurate and I also experienced the same rudeness. Not now. I got a friendly person on the phone that answered in two rings today, was patient and explanatory. I like Dr Debly so I want to keep coming here

Zero stars if I could. Been trying to book my appointment for a month with a referral. Called in every week but the response is either no one picks up your call or front office never received my referral (even though my care team send it over digitally 2 times and fax it over once). Last time I called, got hung up on mid sentence. Finally asked my care team to refer me to somewhere else and was able to book that appointment within 24 hours of referral being sent. I highly recommend looking into another gastroenterology office to save time, especially with an incompetent front office
