Stopped in right before closing with a bad battery. They tested it to confirm and sold me a new one. They then gave me some tools and stayed open late while I swapped it out. They couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. Will definitely go back for any automotive needs.

What a wonderful shop! I stumbled upon it by accident, but it turned out to be a tucked away gem! The moment I walked in the staff were attentive and offered to help me find whatever I needed. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the right windshield wipers for me (with no overbearing upsell!). They told me about how the options differed and then offered to even put them on for me! I will be coming back and you should too!

I went in looking for items I'd had recommended by Google. The woman there, I think her name was Polly, was so helpful. I ended up not buying anything there because she showed me where I could get a better product they don't carry online. I am so grateful for her help!

I came to Edmonds Auto Parts & Marine Supply this afternoon, Wednesday 18 October 2023, to make it my second time here in approximately one year. In November 2022, my 7-year-old car battery gave out and I came in seeking a new one. I came with my dad, we looked over the different options, and I got a standard battery for a good price. The interior of the store was well laid out and the worker(s) friendly.Today, I came in on the search for a quart of motor oil (SAE 0W-20) for my car (2010 Toyota Corolla - LE) and found a couple of options to choose from. Since my owner's manual said the car took both 0W-20 and 5W-20 and 0W-20 was the better for fuel economy, I focused on on those options in-store. One of the brands had packaging marketing the better fuel economy angle as well, so I went that option. The price was about $5 to $6 more than the other one, but still less than $14 with tax for a quart. The workers were friendly and the store interior well laid out this time as well.

So, here is a crazy/awesome experience that I had with this company. So, a few weeks ago, my alternator decided to quit working while I was waiting in the Edmonds ferry line. As soon as I made it to the ticket booth, my truck died. But the ferry workers were able to jump my truck so that I was able to get out of the line. I was able to drive across the street from the ferry terminal and park where I wasn't in anyone's way. At that point, my friend and I figured out that it was the alternator that went bad. Then we searched for a near by auto parts store. This one was the only one within walking distance. Even tho it was just over a miles walk all uphill, we decided to walk over to see if we could get the parts to fix my truck.After the long walk in the hot sun, we finally made it up to the store. They had the alternator that we needed in stock! They also allowed us to borrow some tools so that we could fix the truck!! Then they said that they could also give us a ride back to my truck, which was so awesome, and I am very thankful for that!!! Also, they suggested that I didn't use the new alternator with a dead battery. So when they dropped us off back at my truck, they took my battery back with them to charge it for us!! Then they told us to call them after we got the new alternator installed so that they could bring the battery back to us!! So after we got the new alternator installed, I called them back. They told me that my battery was over 5 years old and suggested that I get a new one. So I was able to purchase a new battery over the phone, then they came and delivered the new battery to us!! Then they waited to make sure my truck started up before they left. We then installed the new battery, and then the truck started right up!!! Then, we thanked them for their unbelievable kindness before going our separate ways. We were then the 7th to last car on the next ferry! I am so thankful for the effort and help provided by the elderly couple at Edmonds Auto Parts Marine Supply!
