The staff at this location are an example of excellent customer service. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I set up my account & reservation online & was immediately contacted to set up an appointment. They are all very professional, kind, and informative. The entire rental process was quick and easy. The location is always clean & well lit if you enter at night too. New owners take pride in their work & it shows in the great customer service they consistently provide. I highly recommend this Storage facility!

I highly recommend this very clean and well organized storage facility. The prices are very fair and more economical compared to PODS & other centers we shopped. This center is under new management, they provided me with a very personalized & excellent customer service. They took us on a tour showing us several options in addition to answering all our questions and making suggestions to help satisfy our storage needs. Once we decided on a unit to rent she thoroughly explained each and every facet of the rental process to us.

I have been renting a unit for over 20 years this is the worst it has ever been run a secured gated facility has not had a gate for over 4 months last summer the weeds had gotten so tall that you had to cut them down to get access to your unit there is no on-site manager a year lease is unheard of ,this is not California this is country town Eatonville. If I could rate it below a 5star it would be a negative 5star go back where you came from. Now it won't let you post unless you give it a star rating how they need to have. negative stars

If I could rate them lower I would. Property is not secured. The gate to the property has been on the ground and broken for over 2 months. When your property is stolen they claim no liability and are not helpful even thou cameras are at the site and signs saying there is cameras. Th office still has not returned a call regarding a stolen trailer. The storage is in my husband name and we have spoken to the so called security on site and your office in California. But with that said your gate laying on the ground for 2 months at a supposedly secure store site is unacceptable. Also your cameras are of no help if someone won’t look at the footage and see what happened.
