Worst costumer service. The guy was literally sleeping when we walked and had the worst attitude. Curly hair and teenage looking guy really needs to not work there if it’s not something he likes to do .

If you need to pay your bill in person this place will work. If you are trying to find a case or an accessory for your phone try else where the staff don't have the ability to be helpful usually only one their at a time so it makes the trip their slow and painful

Stopped in yesterday to purchase a new phone. The gal at the counter was neglectful, careless, and had zero information about any of the differences between the phones i was debating between. She basically tried to pawn the sale off onto another employee who also didn't have any answers, while they were busy discussing a quincinera I stood there like a fool hoping to get some information. I had to fo my own research online while standing there and then as I was getting ready to pay, shes throws in a $40 service charge. Service for what??? Is customer service this dead and gone?!??! Negative stars if I could. Please hire some staff that can assist customers

I asked about black friday deals and she said they were only offering an iphone 6 but only if you switch over from another provider. She said she had no other black friday offers available :(.

The store had opened about 10 minutes prior to me coming in. The burnette girl behind counter was not friendly at all and irritated that I was asking her questions about storage on my phone. At end of conversation she said they don't sell sd cards and for me to go elsewhere. Poor customer service! Don't go to this store.

Very agressive service, took me a couple houra to get a copy of my receipt and had to call a 1800 number for help because the store "doesn't" keep records, when they denied me getting my receipt for an LG service recall
