I called the company. I had original box and tags on. Never wore them except to try on. For $5 shipping they exchanged for the correct size and even gave me a different color that I like better! The exchange happened in about a week. LOVE the slippers, warm and comfortable!! LOVE even more their customer service. They didn’t have to take these back...they were bought in some store thousands of miles away. Great customer service.”

“I'm from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I was searching everywhere for the Nike SB RealTree Dunks. These were manufactured in 2010 so they're hard to find. Most of what I saw online was beat up and way overpriced. I finally did a Google image search and saw Tribute had a pair for sale. I bought them over the weekend and they boxed them up right away and mailed them. When they arrived and I opened the package I was stunned. They came with the Original box, original shoe strings and the shoes were practically brand new. It's rare to find a business this good these days. Even though I'm in New Mexico, I'll be back online to purchase more stuff from them in the future. Too bad they don't give bonus stars because these folks deserve one. 1000% satisfied!”

“First, let me rate this store. On June 26th, I walked in and was greeted by two young ladies working. Both of them were very nice, one helped me getting the size shoe that I needed that was a gift. The cashier was super nice and suggested a gift receipt also. Nothing but nice. I was purchasing a pair of shoes for my son for his 21st bday and was hoping these were the ones he had his eye on when we were previously in the store. Great experience.Fast forward, by July 7, a part of the rubber on one side of the right shoe had come completely off, enough so that it was gaping. Definitely noticeable. My other kids have worn Vans for years and still do and I know that Van's are quality shoes. I also know that you can't take shoes back to the store, per their info unless they are new and unworn. So I took a chance and contacted Van's directly. In a very short time, I was contacted by a representative who apologized for the issue. I was asked to provide pictures of the torn area, the shoes themselves, the receipt and then asked to answer a few other questions. I did just that and I will say that the speed that I received a response was absolutely impressive. After providing all of this, I was notified that I would be receiving a gift card to purchase another pair. Thank you Van's for this and for your amazing customer service. Much appreciated.”

“After a local dance shoe store failed us, we called DanceTrendz. The owner was very supportive of finding our adult son a large wide tap shoe. She thought she had a set in stock that would fit, and when it did not she went on a personal quest to find some that did. Within a week, the shoes were in hand and just what we needed. Great shop, and it's wonderful that they'll go above and beyond to get you what you need (especially since our local store in Seattle would not).”

“The Best shoes I've ever worn. Must purchase from a retailer like Kohls, Amazon or Macy's. You can not go to the distributor. Contact customer service from the retailer not the distributor. If you have foot problems or have a job where your on your feet all day or wear insoles these are worth the money!”

They also told us where to find waterproof shoelaces, as they didn’t carry them at Danner.I’m going to try to come back sometime when my husband is ready to upgrade his socks, and maybe once I’m ready for a new pair of shoes too.”

“Saw some of the reviews for poor customer service and I'm not sure why, every time I've been there the women have been so accommodating and always ready to help. Yes their clothes are expensive but they are always comfortable and at my tender age i'm looking for comfort first. If they don't have an item in stock, they are more than happy to order it for you. The order coming from the main ware house can be pretty slow but that's not their fault. Their clothes are good quality, i have some that I've been wearing for years and if you pick carefully they are classic styles. Love that they give me 10% off for my birthday along with the 5% for using my Jjill card.”

“I had probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when shopping yesterday. I have never bought a pair of jeans from buckle before, so when it came to style, wash, low rise, high rise, I had no idea what I wanted. The most amazing, kind, and helpful employee named Devin stayed with me for at least an hour bringing me so many different styles. She even tried on some of the same jeans with me so I could see how they fit from a different perspective. She did nothing but hype me up, and was honest with me when it came to what looked best on my body type. Never in my life have I felt so confident and comfortable in a pair of jeans, let alone with any employee I’ve come across. THIS GIRL SERIOUSLY DESERVES A RAISE!!! She’s genuine, kind, helpful, and made my shopping experience so much fun (I’m usually stressed and overwhelmed when shopping) but something about her made me feel at peace. “I had to order the shoes I wanted when I went to a different road runner store b/c the color I wanted was not in the store. I was informed by email that what I ordered was not in stock. I went today (to a this location) and got a comparable shoe and Hanna fixed my new insoles that were cut wrong at the other location. She also saved me about $45 that kept me under my budget. The woman was fantastic and had the best customer service! Now I hope this time I receive the shoes I ordered! Hanna made this experience top notch!”
