Closet safeway for 2 years it has rapidly declined. Deli and Donuts are never stocked and those employee are rude, can't find fried chicken here, no donuts until closer to 10am by than even McDonald's has stopped serving breakfast guys.
Only reason it gets a 2 stars is the cashier's up front are friendly.

Expect no service and waiting in line, but only grocery in area. Went there and had to Wait in 4 lines to buy stuff. Pharmacy I get. But for 5.99 chicken? Then body wash 8 people in line 1 cashier. Talked to store manger he was too bad. Nothing you can do about it. Call customer service and asked for regional manager a month ago blown off. Last we tried again called my wife's number when was assured he would call mine. Called him back twice with no return call. Washington screwed up letting Kroger own all the grocery stories in area. Profit is up service gone.

The place is great except for one of the manager. She's extremely judgemental. You can watch her pick a person from a crowd because theyr dressed in cheaper outfits than her liking or theyr spending foodstamps.she is rude and short with them.or refuses to help them find the deal theyr looking for. Just mean to you if your poor.shes been known to accuse folks of stealing even though they had nothing in there pockets or on them at all. its sad really. So many people have been kicked out for stealing even though they stole nothing.while others are obviously walking right out the door with items unpaid for.but they are dressed in higher class clothing and so her stereotype wont met her think they stole .

The staff acts like security even though having never worked a security job in their life. They try to casually come into your aisle and act like their looking for something but its obvious their not. Staff tries to stand next to you if they presume you to be stealing. The staff members with no asset protection experience are always profiling and discriminating customers. I've seen a couple homeless people steal canned foods and staff just let them walk out. I know you have a job to do but do better. The male with long hair at self checkout does this all the time and tries to play it off.

This by far has to be the stingiest dingiest nastiest store I've ever been to. I am a flagger who goes to Safeway all the time for breakfast burritos and the Chinese food. This sad stingy store gives half of the portions any other Safeway gives. To prove the point I went to three different Safeways getting the same item. The other two measure just about the same with significantly more food. Well this one literally fell half of what the others did.they will not make a breakfast burritos to order. They just pre-make them and stick them under a heater. When I asked why they didn't make them to order. I was told that they've never made them to order and that you can only pick them up under heaters with Safeway. Your staff here is lazy liars. I've never had a store that when I walk in I know what staff members to fully avoid. Obviously I'll be taking the time to drive down the road to a better Safeway.

Hot trash! I work as a flagger and I like swinging by a Safeway in the morning for a spicy breakfast burrito. GREAT TASTE GREAT PRICE. Hand made to perfection. Was flagging near this store so I stopped in the guy behind the counter explained Safeway has never made breakfast burrito's to order (as he stood under the menu.....) today got Chinese the lady gave me 99% veggies 4 pieces of chicken. I even pointed this out. She exclaimed that's what I give every one. This is a sad rude miserable excuse of a store.

Bathrooms were gross and desperately needed a deep cleaning with some super strong chemicals or something. And the woman's restroom was "Out of Order" so anyone who needed to use the bathroom had to use the men's (it was a single room restroom, so no stalls. So one person at a time, obviously). For some reason, there was a water bottle full of piss just sitting on top of the toilet. GROSS!! Avoid the bathroom here if you can!!

There security is super whack but other then that it's an alright stop. There service is horrible the little Asian owner is a punk. And there bathroom should be condemned it's a nasty place don't shop here

The most post-apocalyptic bathroom I have ever been to. Almost got trapped in. I didn’t wanna touch anything to get out. Leave it to Safeway to have the worst bathrooms but federal way takes the cake.
