Cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours before a move I scheduled months in advance. 0 recourse

Initial staff were responsive. When trying to return POD all customer service representatives were rude and unable to answer questions. The pickup driver was beyond RUDE he was 2 hours late when inquired why he yelled and refused to give a name or explanation.

Absolutely abysmal. Took 2 months for delivery, every phone call required hours of holding, was double and occasionally triple-billed, and then when it arrived my possessions were damaged. It cost more to use PODS than it would have to use a full-service mover, and the results are far far worse.
