During this Coronavirus19 this bank closed our account! Chase did not notify us of closing, did not say a thing, had no idea until we got through after waiting 1.5 hours on the phone to speak to a live person to say it was closed! Our tax return and work deposits are deposited and unable to access. The bank states they will send us a cashier's check but when and no reason? In this time of Corona virus 19 we are now without access to our money. We've never bounced a check or gone negative. How is this legal? Been seven days without access. The bank has no heart and does not care about their customers well being.

My favorite bank in the whole wide world! Always has been, always will be! We have been banking with them for years and they are very very kind and helpful to us! They have never made a mistake on any of our accounts! Many of the great tellers have left but there are many great ones left! We will continue to give them our business!

I've been banking here for years, and the old manager was great and I've always enjoyed the rest of the staff. Ever since the last manager left it's went down hill. I was so upset the first encounter with her when my wife and I were moving 50k to another bank she was rude. And she gave me bad information of an large wire transfer after that and blamed a new employee or her indiscretion! Plus they always put holds on my checks that are unusually long, which is chase.. I just deposited a check 5k + and they have a hold for 12 days????? I'm done with chase

A friend told me to try out Chase, I've always banked at credit unions, I've had a lot of issues lately with sound credit union. So when I got my pension I decided to go to Chase, I have to say all of the staff- Jennifer, Par, Patrick and Omar - they make banking personal, very friendly, I'm very impressed

I called and asked if they have notary service and she said yes. And I asked if she is available because I'm on my way and she said yes. Then I got there 3 minutes later she said she is the only one there and everyone else is on break so she can't help me now. Oh well. How chase value your customers . We can tell.
