Terrible service I was given at this branch.!!!!Love my Chase and they are always there for me. Unfortunately I needed a new debit card expedited to this location as I am traveling frequently and needed a new card within a few days before leaving the state.I went in to this branch and asked a banker if my new card was there that was to be expedited, he was I guess unfamiliar with the word EXPEDITE and directed me to a teller… The teller was as well clueless but asked me to wait until helping others waiting. I waited a few others and finally said I needed help….She said she would ask the manager but he was in a meeting, this I was not told before ?I said I needed to know if card was there to make other arrangements if necessary..She went into the manager’s office , back to another room and came out with the card !!!!Two bankers and a teller it took !!!!Guess that’s that -100 for my review for Chase Bank located at 22240 Marine view drive south Des Moines Wa…Thanks for the card , and thank you corporate for sending ??good thing customer service is always there for me $$$$

It's inconvenient to speak to a banker while I'm there. I have to make an appointment to speak with them each time. No one available at the branch to serve customers as needed.

My wife and I walked into this Branch last week to move money.We Spoke to the branch Manager, who asked us to give them an opportunity to show what Chase had to offer us by having one of his private client financial advisors call us later that day before we made a decision to pull money out of the accounts.The manager was nice enough but very vague about programs that may be offered and that due to financial regulations he could not discuss with us, "which we both understand."We simply wanted a higher yield savings account nothing else and let him know we already have a financial advisor with separate accounts. He understood and still suggested that we speak with Omar, that there may be something new as far as a savings that Omar could explain to us.When Omar called us he was rude, talked over me and bashed the bank manager several times till I just handed the phone off to my wife cause I was done at that point.While he was talking over my wife and not answering her questions my wife asked him if what he was talking about was a brokerage account, and while I could still hear him on speaker talking over my wife, Omar laughed out loud and said Rob "me" are you listening to this! Omar...... making fun of my wife is the wrong move! You are a pushy and unprofessional speaking poorly of your co-workers to a client also shows the pedigree of what type of person you are.Steer clear of Omar, Financial advisor at Chase bank.

1. Lady was rude and only advise of what they can’t do. ??♀️ customer service for you these days. 2. If I called the business department and they advised me to go to a branch to handle this why would they then not tell me that the business banker won’t be available all week at this particular location knowing it’s the closest.

I have a business and personal account with this branch and have no complaints on my end until My boyfriend went through so much with the corporate customer service reps on the phone to see where his missing 2020 Tax check was sent…Everyone was so clueless even the tellers at this location couldn’t assist us.…We want to give a huge THANKS to the new branch manager Jay and the banker Brandon for going extra miles sitting on the phone for almost 2 hours in front of us getting transferred to different departments to settle this issue so he could get his hard earned money back that he worked for last year….Most definitely our new favorite bankers at this location for sure☺️??

Screw this bank!!! Got off work early to go to an appointment at 3PM today and then when I get to the bank find out that my appointment has been cancelled.Didn't have the decency to at least call or email me that it's been cancelled.

My friends warned me not to open a Chase bank account and I didn't listen. Only had an account with them for a few months and I can honestly say I'm glad I closed it. This branch was trying to hard to convince me that they couldn't cash a check that clearly had my name on it.

On 6/22, I noticed a discrepancy of $591.47 after reviewing my bank statements from December, 2021-March, 2022. I then reviewed my bank statements from April, 2022-May, 2022 and was able to decrease that amount to $444.47. On 6/23, I reviewed all receipts/transactions and was able to decrease that amount to $300.16, but kept coming to the same discrepancy of $300.16 after reviewing six months' worth of bank statements, receipts, and recent/pending transactions. On 6/28, I decided to go online and schedule an appointment with Lucia Suleanchi to see if she could manually calculate all transactions on the bank statements and see if the discrepancy was due to a computing error. I later received a call from Lucia, stating that this was "NOT HER JOB" and managed to berate and completely insult me... implying I did not know how to manage a check book. She kept talking over me, refusing to fully listen to my situation and what I was asking for, so I cancelled my appointment. I hope this was worth losing a preferred customer with excellent credit!!

The worst bank ever highly n strongly recommend going with a different bank opened an account with them on the first of November n it’s January now and still haven’t gotten my card yet. They say give it time when every time it’s been 3 weeks n order another one just to receive nothing. I get bank statements but not the card
