Horrible customer service. I attempted to return a ship to home item, the guy at the counter didn’t know what to do and eventually said I had to do it online. I said their site says they do take these returns and he dismissed me. I said thanks for sending me off and he said “you’re welcome; next”. He said I needed some piece of paper but couldn’t explain what it was. He said my order number didn’t come up but was right on the email from Napa. He went to the back 3x to get someone’s help and all I got was that fact that I was a bother to him.
There are two other stores in town or a Napa north that can have my future business. Shameful that this is the service you get after spending my hard earned money with them.

Lady who has a manager badge was rude. Said my name was not on the order in an aggressive manner - my mom's name was which is the same last name. I had the order pulled up (who can pull up an order and not be allowed to pick it up? Common sense was not with her that day. She finally said a picture of the ID would be sufficient: this was after making me feel awful. Thankfully, she handed me over to an older gentleman who was proper. Manager needs to learn proper customer service to earn repeat business.
