Was pleasantly surprised by the unique decorations and old school rooms that were clean and well kept. What a gem! Staff is friendly and accommodating. I had forgotten something in the room, they called and made me describe what it could be. Good to see honorable people.

My husband and I stayed at the Black Bear Motel and loved it! After a long day on the road we stayed in the Lincoln room and I slept like I had been shot in the head. (Little humor there.) The owner was sweet and so welcoming. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Price was very reasonable! Great stay!

Love the old fashioned feel to it! The rooms were clean, the shower was amazing. Definitely a place to stay I for a night or two.

The Black Bear Motel in Davenport WA is a quaint little motel. There are only 10 Rooms and they are small but comfortable. Would not recommend for anyone in a wheelchair however. Prices are excellent. TV, Fridge and microwave are provided in rooms. Rooms are themed old west style. Every room is different and some are set up for a family and have a kitchenette. Location is right on the highway so it’s easy to find. Only complaint is the bed size. They advertise as being queen size however they are the smallest queen size beds we have ever seen. It felt like we were in a double bed. They also offer a few RV sites on the property.

This is a great motel, and would be especially convenient during the summer months. Few of the rooms have a full kitchen with all the cooking equipment, two bedrooms, and a really nice bathroom. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Davenport.

Enjoyed our night stay, bed was comfortable very cool atmosphere to the rooms. The nice lady that owns the motel did all the exterior work herself and looks good. Another positive is no noise.

Absolutely amazing!!! Let’s start off with the owners being friendly and accommodating, the man who checked us in was so wonderful and the lady on the phone who took our call was also helpful. This hotel is so stinking cute. The rooms are just so cozy and the art work on the walls and the decorating is top notch. We got in on a cold winter evening and the heat was on before we got to our room so the room was nice and toasty. I couldn’t get over how wonderful the aesthetic was! And the motel was nice and peaceful. Comfortable bed, which is always a plus! The room was clean and immaculate! The bathroom was spotless! Wonderful service, beautiful rooms, I would recommend this gem of a hotel to anyone!!!! One of the cutest hotels I have ever stayed in! Hope to come back and stay again!!
