I do not recommend this place to anyone The worst place, we arrived at 12, we went to check for an appointment at 2 they told us that we did not have an app. Afterwards, they already had the confirmation, which was for 2 pm, at 2 pm, they told us that we have no appointment or load or anything, they gave us another appointment for 4 pm, at 4 they sent us to the door, being in They tell us to leave the door because the load is supposedly hot, at 8:50 at night they send us to the door again, we leave at 8:50 pm

Arrived at 2pm appointment time was 9pm but got a dock at 3pm and loaded by 4... Staff was really nice and supportive. There were alot of truck park at the entrance but the extra parking is on the back side of the building. Alot of parking spot available

Got door right away. When i opened my trailer i had a fallen over pallet from a previous pickup. I started putting it back when the loader said to just back into the door and they will do it for me. Awesome guys. Thank you!

Very bad staf in check in office date 26 July Wednesday time 3 pm to 7 pm i think they don’t like this job they don’t know how to speak some one ur job only depends on truck driver if u don’t like work go to home sleep specially guys who’s wearing hat he overload with attitude

Excellent...10 minutes after check in...in door...within hour..loaded.Polite. Efficient. GPS took me to Parallel Rd which is other side of bldg. They will send you to other side to park on gravel lot where sign says shipping. I didn't go there because GPS directions. Were on other side and name on building was different from name on my plan. That road is East Dock rd.

They might go by appointment but they are for the most part behind. There are only 3 docks that a bit challenging to get in there with people trying to work around you. There is gravel parking but make sure you have enough room so you don't get box in by other drivers. I checked in at 11am, for a 12pm appointment, got a door at 2pm and my papers by 3pm. It was only for 5 pallets.

These people are nice and very professional. I checked in at 8am for 9am appt. Went right to a door and 1.5 hours later loaded and scaled and paperwork in hand. They have a nice scale. Definitely would come back.
