This used to be my go-to place for socks and underware. When I just went in, I found all the socks and underware are locked up. Any advantage to see and touch before buying is gone. I walked out and ordered from Amazon. There is no reason for me to go to Walmart anymore.

My return was very easy and the cashier was great. I had a return because I bought a ride kids motorcycle and the wrong item was in the box. And when I called the manager he didn't even apologize or anything was very rude. He also didn't sound surprised at all.

We just had a good experience at Covington Walmart and been welcoming by one of the staffs. Kathy you are so kind and care a lot about your customers. We saw you really busy during our visits to this location,however you stop multiple times with us to make sure we find what we need. You just had a awesome customer service experience. We really appreciate you. We remember the time we lost our wallet, you were so really care, trying your best getting help from your colleagues. You just a incredible person, employee who really care a lot. This was our moment to spend a while talking about you, imagine no one was willing to help. Kathy one more time, you are so kind and have a good customer service skill. Hope your higher will see this and promote you the second level.
