5 star service! I just have to say Brett is amazing! He is so helpful and understands your needs and price range. I bought 4 mattresses and am definitely happy with my purchase. He doesn't try to upsell you and gets you in and out quickly with just what you were looking for! I visited the Mattress Depot USA Covington location and was assisted by Brett. He was helpful and efficient. I was in and out of there at record speed with no upselling scams or other add ons unlike Mattress Firm. 5 stars. Dudes even helped load up my pickup. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

I went to the store prepared to make a $3,000 plus bed purchase. The sales gentlemen has no concept of customer service. He only moved from behind his desk once, reluctantly and never personally assisted with the sale process. The beds were beautiful but the lack of customer service sent me across the street to make my purchase at Mattress Barn where I was RESPECTED as a paying customer.
