Clutch replacement on my Jetta was done within a week, and the guys sent back parts from the supply house that were defective or damaged, so keen attention to detail. “I took my Subaru here to be serviced in the middle of a road trip from California to Quebec. I chose this location because of the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. First of all, I was on a tight schedule that day and I was able to get my car back at around the estimated time they gave me. They also removed a small service item from the standard maintenance work list because they determined my car did not need it yet and saved me some money. I got quotes for this service from a few cities along my route and theirs came out to be the fairest. If I'm in the area again and need service, this is where I'd go.”
“Although I initially thought I would have to leave my Chevy 3500HD for a diagnostic scanning, before I left ICDI ran the scanner test, determined a glow plug was to blame, and completed the repair and an oil change the same day, despite being scheduled out two weeks for major repairs. Great service at reasonable rates!”

I was struggling to afford an oil change (spare money? in this economy??) and they saved me so much. I was quoted for $190 in Cheney as "the cheapest place around!" and decided to ask around my work. my boss told me about this place saying it's the best for more than reasonable prices.
I got a full service synthetic oil change for $77, they even cleaned my car a bit like what? I don't even do that.
The employees are really nice and patient, even if you're dumb like me and have no idea about cars.
THEY EVEN DO THOSE COFFEE PLACE PUNCH CARDS 5 SERVICES AND THE NEXT IS FREE.

“These guys knew just what was wrong with my car with minimal description! They know their subarus. They did a major job and it worked just how they said it would for the price they quoted (which was substantially lower than a dealership). Even a little bit early. I recommend anyone in Spokane area to bring your subarus here for work.

“I went to Deer Park Auto Body for repair of a damaged tail gate on my Chevrolet pickup.
They were totally wonderful , professional and honest .
The repair was on time , the cost was as per the estimate and the finish time was exactly when they said it would be done .
The paint was a perfect match and the quality of work was premium.
After I picked up my pickup I realized that the receiver hitch for my boat was missing.
I thought I had removed it prior to taking it in but I called the shop to check to see if they happened to have it.
They couldn’t find it but checked their before and after pictures of the vehicle and told me it was on the truck when I brought it in and immediately said they would reimburse me for a new receiver.
Great shop, premium quality , personable professional but above all honest.
I would recommend them to anyone.”
“Solid dude... called him up and told him the issues, he got back with a quote surprisingly quick and in the shop a couple days later. One issue always causes another, but he told be about it Before he did it, had the part a short time later, and even clues me in on a possible issue later (with pics to prove it). My daughter's audi needs some work too, and I'll be making sure it goes through his shop.”
“If you need differential work definitely go here. They rebuilt my rear differential for almost 1k less than what another shop wanted to charge for installing a rebuilt differential. They finished on time and within the estimate they’d given me. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend!!”
“I went ahead went down there. I had my girlfriend with me and my dog. I didn't have any money on me at that time and so basically I told him exactly what the issue was and they told me pull in went ahead and me and my girlfriend and my dog sat there and they went ahead and fixed the problem and I went ahead and told him before they did anything that I don't have any money and I'd like to schedule an appointment but they said screw it and just got it done and she told me I was good to go and didn't have to pay a the thing but for your guys information they don't always do that for free. There's always a price on it but they only do it if it's not that big of a deal so I thank muffler clinic for going ahead and fix my exhaust because now my truck doesn't sound like absolute shit so again thank you muffler clinic and I just got done putting five stars on there and hope for you guys have more customers”

“If you aren’t taking your vehicle to Roads to Rocks then you are missing out! Had some minor damage to my van but body shops wouldn’t touch it for 6-7 months. Bought the parts ourselves but after more research found we need an experienced mechanics help. Jason did a phenomenal job on our van!
