The staff here are very pleasant to interact with. I came in looking for a specific product and had a laugh with the two younger guys working up front, as they did their best to guess exactly which aisle and section of shelving the product I was looking for was on!

The store has a lot of products and the staff is great. The reason for the 3 stars is prices. They are extremely expensive. I will go to Jarms in a pinch, but this is (I feel) why they charge so much. It seems they count on the fact they are the only hardware store in Cheney.

I always shop at Ace in Cheney because it’s the closest hardware store by my house even though it’s still out of the way. I was on the north side of Spokane when I seen an Ace and stopped to pick up a seat wrench for my faucet. I gave my rewards number like always and left. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I had to return it. I went to the Ace in Cheney to return it and they said they couldn’t return it because it was bought at a different Ace and they are all privately owned. No where does it say that. I will no longer shop with them. They have lost our family as customers!

Well stocked. The hardware section is the best around. Miles and miles of screws, nuts and bolts. Spring? Don’t even make me go there. Great place, most friendly and helpful staff.

There’s nowhere else that even comes close to Jarms. They usually have exactly what you need and they go out of their way to help you. My husband is always finding excuses to go there ? What would Cheney even do without Jarms!

Great little place..found a great deal on a 3/8 Dewalt drill..fair prices..a bit higher than the HD...lot to look at and have a little bit of everything..definitely worth a stop when in Cheney!
