Love this pet store! Super nice and knowledgeable owners and associates are a big reason why I do! They have a large selection of better quality food and treats as well. My pup loved getting to have a healthy birthday treat from them to!

For more years than I can count, we have gone to different pet shop. The help there has little knowledge of their products. Our puppy suddenly developed unknown allergies. Our vet wanted to do $500 test that might or might not help. The pet shop we have been going to had absolutely no knowledge of the food we have been using. We just happened onto this pet shop and went in. They were SO knowledgeable about their products. Also, their prices were (are). very reasonable. I definitely recommend Totally Pawsom! ?❤️?

Great little pet store in old downtown, the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed browsing and ended up buying some dog treats that were made locally.

Nice locally owned store to get your pet supplie from. The staff are very helpful and have a really great concept to supply healthy food for your pets. They also try to locally sourced as much as possible and I was surprised how many local brands they actually have.

I do love this place but I'm having trouble getting the food I need in stock that was actually recommended highly by them now I'm in a pinch and have already been waiting for my food a week now I have to wait a bit longer I will have to look for somewhere else that carries it and buy another bag. I'm usually very impressed with the store and the help I get there this has been not great... my poor pups

Totally Pawsome is an amazing small business that brings knowledge, warmth and great customer service to anyone needing pet supplies. We've been in a couple of times and we have been impressed with the individualized attention each customer receives. This feels like not just a pet store but a place where they want you to feel welcome and educated about your animals. If you need anything from food to toys for your furry friends in Lewis County, this should be your go to stop.

I love this place and the owner Sarah is so sweet! Cute store with lots of high-end pet products that are hard to find elsewhere. I also really appreciate that they give out samples of products to try before committing. I've got to make sure the fur-babies like it first! Comparable prices and great customer service. ????
