Great service, knowledgeable and kind staff. A place that cares about your fur babies as much as you do. Everything is sourced with your animals best health in mind including raw diets if you’re looking to start that or even just add something to their current diet to give it a boost.

They actually have no clue, took my old dog there to wash hem and with out asking they tried to pet hem and scare hem so he started to bark. He's 16 years old cant see or hear very well. Then told us to leave because he's aggressive. The lady came up from behind not only did she scare hem but me as well. And who in there right mind trys to pet someone's dog in the middle of a wash without asking. When we came in the door we walked be 3 people with dogs. He didn't even try a sniffing them.

Took my senior (deaf) dog to self wash and the employee came to the back to greet us and startled him causing him to bark and as I reassured him the employee says "Unfortunately aggressive dogs are not allowed, so its a no go"I have brought my dogs into the store several other times, and on this occasion, we came in the front door past 2 people with 2 dogs without incident. I am offended and angry to be treated so rudely.I do not recommend a pet store that has employees that label pets as aggressive without explanation..........and reading other reviews this has happened to others.

Visited TDN to utilize their self wash station! There was all sorts of goodies and really cute pet decor that made the store really inviting. Plenty of raw food products to choose from as well. The self wash station itself was really clean and smelled lovely. We went in a short time after another customer and the staff were quick to get it cleaned up and ready for us. The ONLY thing that sucked was the layout of the wash station made it so they could only put in very steep steps to the tub. The dog we washed is medium size bigger than a cattle dog smaller then a lab, he's 12.5 and normally very agile but definitely was thrown off by the stairs lol so if you have a much larger breed or a dog not very agile be prepared to lift them in! Also be mindful that the tub is rather high so if you are closer to the 5ft or shorter height you might struggle bathing your pup. Otherwise very clean and friendly visit, we were given a punch card for the self wash a little bag of trial treats! ?

My friend and I went to wash her dog ... when we were done we looked around the store and when we went checkout out ..... the worker introduced herself saying I have not met you and offered then fed Tucker three different types of treats..... and then he barked at her and she reached for the top of his head and he went to nip her .... He didn't touch her though .... My friend recorrected the dog .... As the worker turned to the desk to pay... she says if he continues to have that behavior he might not have the opportunity to come back ....And top off this shity experience the worker says he needs socialization... My concerns are if u have never met a dog before.....and he barks then back off ! If you know that dogs are going to possibly act aggressive after a bath.... Then don't have your workers hand out treats . And if u have never met the dog or the owner u might not want to say that the dog Needs socialization. It's really ashame that the owner Sara would take the word the employee without looking at the whole true situation

I have been taking my dog to Three Dog Knight for the past three years. I started taking him when he was a pup. we would use the dog wash and then he would get a new leash or a new collar or some fun treats. Monday I went in with a friend and my pup and there was someone we didn't recognize working the desk. I went back and we did our normal wash and my guy did better than ever in the wash station. After we finished the gal working gave my pup couple of treats he did well was gentle and she complimented him on being so gentle. The gal played with his ears and tried to pet him and he barked at the gal and then she asked if his ears were sensitive and tried to pet him again and he acted like he was going to nip her. I told her I was really sorry he had never responded like that. while I paid my bill she proceeded to say he needed to be socialized. We left the store and the following day I contacted the owner that I have had nothing but good experiences with and wanted to just tell her about our experience. During this call she let me know that my dog was not aloud to come back in the store because he was aggressive. He was far from aggressive is very socialized he attends day care at the pet resort, goes to the dog park, and goes on many walks and plays well with humans and other dogs. I am extremely confused by the owner's response to feedback on our experience and how we would have been notified my dog wasnt welcome in the shop any longer after being great customers for three years if I hadn't called to talk about the interaction wehsd with her employee.

We love this place so much!!! Tisha works there and is absolutely the most pleasant human to interact with. We have been bringing my dog in for a bath every week or two since we moved and don't have a good place at home to wash the doggie. There is a huge selection of high quality, tasty treats as well as lots of cool toys. Currently my dog loves her bloody dagger squeak toy!! The bath is set up perfectly to give your pooch an amazing clean and dry if they are into it. The twenty dollar fee is well worth it just to not get wet dog smell and hair everywhere in my tiny home.

The products are good but pricey. The staff will ignore you to be on their smart phone. They have never offered any samples of anything for any reason. They also __never__ have dog water, even when it's in the 90's outside.----In response to the Owner:It is every time I am there. And pesonally y'all treated me and others poorly why should I come and help you when I am not invested into your company at all.

Great place to bathe your dog!! They have everything you need to do a good job! Plus I have bought some really cool toys that challenge my dog's intelligence and keep them occupied when it's raining.
