Go to this shop, stop looking and go to Sight and Sound! Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and backup what they say and do. We recently had a problem, not related to the stereo it turns out but these guys diagnosed the problem anyway, and said no charge! That folks is how you make lifetime happy customer's, with the backup, not the sale.

The guys at Sight and Sound are top notch!!! They installed a new deck and speakers in our Toterhome. Drove home and the deck shut off, made contact with Matt and Ron, they asked us to bring it down when we can to diagnose the issue. Ron ran some test and the issue is the alternator is over charging 18+volts (this issue has no connection to the professional install they did)
Matt, Ron and Billy are great people who have YEARS of knowledge and they treat you like your a close family friend.

Once again, the small local business is the right choice. 2 hours in their shop and my 2007 Land Yacht is transformed from its own isolated little island to a connected modern vehicle! The integration is seamless in appearance as well as function. Done as promised for quoted price and when there was a warranty issue discovered with the head unit, they had me back in that same day and swapped it out with a new (more expensive) unit.
No choice but to return next week for a backup camera and better headlights. Highly recommend!!!

Purchased and had them install a stereo system for my car took about an hour and a half... Excellent install looks like it was meant to be there.. did such a good job I didn't even see the microphone for calls etc. he had to point it out and show me how to use it... He even set the lights on it for me the sound we played various different songs so we can make sure it worked for the music I liked he was pretty detailed

These guys are so awesome. Matt and Ron are some of the most honest and hard working people around. They stand behind their products and work. They don't try to upsell you unless it is really needed. If you don't need it, they won't push it on you. Very honest and reliable local business. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing after market audio/video/electronic work.

My friend recommended this place to get a new car stereo for our 2001 Dodge Dakota. We had already tried Amazon and we certainly found some but they only worked for a short time and then would malfunction in one way or another. I called Sight and Sound with little hope of them having anything. To my surprise, they were incredibly helpful. Right away they knew what would fit in our truck and had several options for us. We were able to set up an appointment for the weekend. When we went in, they had all our options at the desk waiting for us. All their prices were upfront and reasonable. They made it so easy for us to choose. We went around the corner to Rainy City Bagel shop, which has the best food with great options. We hung out and Sight and Sound called us way sooner than they'd estimated. They kindly showed us all the features of our new stereo and we were all done way sooner than we thought we would be. It was a wonderful experience and I will be referring everyone I can to them. I wish every business had such amazing service.

Fair price, quick service. Had my deck stolen out of my 2005 Honda, these guys were able to get me a new one within a day and for a reasonable price and kept me updated every step of the way, 10/10 would recommend for all audio needs
