I bought a few columnar apple trees through them. They didn't make it through the winter. I called and they said oh no you got to buy that extra if you want a guarantee.Buyer beware. Don't spend your money there. You can get a better warranty at a big box store.

I like going to this nursery for the personalized help and knowledgeable staff. Unlike the big box stores, if I have a question, Pioneer West will do its best to answer it thoughtfully. Just discovered they babysit pet reptiles which is not a service I need, but...you might?

I have always loved coming here an still do! It had been awhile yet I was able to get the present for my mom that she really wanted a bleeding heart plant I called they looked an had one which they held for me til I got off work. I so appreciate their kindness to do that... An it is adorable❤️

Pioneer West is the place I go to for my tarantula supplies. They have a great selection of tarantula food! My lil buddy prefers live crickets, but they also sell live meal worms. Also bought a new terrarium from their store. My tarantula is definitely enjoying the extra room!

Love going in here and looking at all the cool and interesting things and animals. I purchase all my aquarium stuff and also fish from there. They are always healthy and taken care of. I also bought my Axolotl there, he is so cool!

Went into Pioneer West for a few plants for my fish tank and Aquarist Jaime helped me with so much more. She was friendly and informative and gave probably the best one on one service I’ve received in a pet store ever. I will never go anywhere else.
