We are traveling and I left my laptop charger at home! After trying a couple big box stores with zero success, one recommended 4th Dimension. Within a few minutes they found a charger and got me back in business! I'm so grateful for being told about 4th Dimension, and it just reinforces to buy local first. Thank you for stellar service!

Brought my kids in to play in the Virtual Reality booths (VR). They had a blast! Games for my 9 year old and for my 15 year old. Total family fun and very affordable! Highly recommend this for all ages!

very nice to make a trip but did very little was told that I needed a new computer my computer was dying not worth, to fix, did not even try, after I pay $107.88, with little hope I did my reboot my self thinking that He was correct, how wrong was he. Yet smart enough to charge me and on his way. I am not saying that he did not do nothing what I am saying that if was time he could easily explained to me that it will be worth trying what I did and if did not work, them I needed a new computer. I follow the step from windows 10 re started, re installed my Norton and is working just fine with no interruption. He at least could had done this and explained to me that at least once when all failed then I should consider buying a new computer, but he did not. A wast of time and my money.
