“I am Canadian and live in Vancouver BC. At the end of July my Canadian 2020 Honda CRV broke down while I was in North Bend Washington. Late Friday afternoon! Damn, doesn't get any worse than that as there is no service around. AAA supported by its Canadian equivalent(BCAA) helped me out and recommended GERE Automotive in Snoqualmie for service. This may seem straight forward but there are differences between Canadian and American Hondas and I had to go back home.
The problem was more complex than originally thought. Gere staff were extremely helpful and thorough in this international service. Gere staff took into account the Canadian variances which was essential.
The staff were very good, Jason and Mike.
The car runs fine I am very happy to have my car back.
The bill was pricey but, would have been on either side of the border. Such is the nature of car repair. I am completely happy with the work and customer service.
The Gere Automotive shop was tidy and clean. That was important as it demonstrates an attention to detail which carries over to their work.
I'm giving Gere 5 stars!”

“Came to me highly recommend from an old coworker. I had a P0170 bank too lean issue that was tanking my car's performance. Went through replacing several parts, including the o2 sensor to no avail. Before, I had taken it to a different chain auto shop before the light came on, and they had completely missed the issue despite the signs of performance trouble and asking for a full and complete comprehensive check-up. Adam worked diligently to identify the real issue, which was a weakened/damaged fuel pump. He kept me informed about the status of his diagnostics work, and when he found the issue, he got it fixed right away. Thanks Adam!”
“I've used TAJ to do a rear end collision repair on my Infiniti through insurance and also to paint the grills on my Lotus on my own dime. They are great to work with from dealing with insurance to helping me to choose the right finish on my matte black parts. The quality of work is excellent as well.”

“Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! “Rob has helpled me on two occations. Once advising me not to repair a transmission on my 2002 Trailblazer because of cost vs. vehicle value. A second time rebuilding my 2009 4Runner transmission and replacing the transfer actuator, transefer, transmission, and diff fluids, rear engine and diff seals when he had the transmission out. He is a clear communicator that provided us with practical cost options every step of the way. He isn't out to just get business. His shop is very busy and he fit us in to a tight schedule. He and his shop are knowledgeable and do great work. Too bad he doesn't fix enginess too. ;-)”

“I have always been happy with the service but this last time I felt was above and beyond. This past Friday I went for an oil change an hour before closing. Both bays were being used, but I was hoping to get in and take my toddler and dog for a walk during the service in order to cram everything into our ever busy schedule. “Klahanie's Chevron has been such a blessing to this community for decades! Dave and his staff always are so willing and happy to help with any situation! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for my oil changes or tire issues or whatever the issue.They always are pleasant to work with and take of the customer. Tonight at 5pm I came in because my tire was losing air and, on the spot, they detected it was a valve issue and took care of it for me immediately so I didn't have to leave it overnight to get fixed the next day. I appreciate them very much! Thank you Dave!”
