They did an excellent job on putting a hitch on my Santa Fe. The staff could be more engaging and maybe a tv to watch for my 2 hr wait would have sweetened the visit.

It is so rare anymore to find a business with excellent customer service, Goody's Rack Shop has excellent service. They had to order a part for the service. They called me to let me know the part arrived, 3 business days before the service. At the shop, courteous and friendly. Great work too!
