When my truck got broken into tlz solutions helped me get my window fixed. Quick easy service, great customer care, and easygoing staff. Was overall very satisfied with how they handled business. Will be coming back for more damage fixes and tints, they’ll even do a courtesy vacuum of any glass. Well done guys! Thumbs up

I stopped in to get a quote to replace the windshield on my Toyota thinking this small business would be a good place to get a fair price. I was estimated over $1000 and knowing that seemed high I declined. I later found a different small business that was highly recommended and the estimate was just over $500 with labor and materials included. Seems like this shop thought I was a fool with the ability to spend money carelessly. I wouldn't give these guys a chance to do any work for me at this point and I strongly encourage getting multiple estimates before committing to this shop or any other.

Our truck windows were smashed out due to a break in. We called TLZ and they allowed us to leave our vehicle in their building overnight. They got all 3 windows replaced the next morning and we were on or way. Great customer service and prices!!!!!

Cant say enough good things about these guys! Never since owning my car for 8 years has a shop got the right windshield first time ... and with perfect customer service!!! thanks guys. Definitely the best for sure!!!

This place is so lame they were going to replace the passenger window on my Mercedes CLK320 so they took it into the bay and about a hour later they tell me that the piece of glass they had was damaged and they couldn't do the job so they refunded my money and when I was looking at the car more closely the next day I found pieces of the inside of my window in the side pocket in my door panel. The owner of the place was very rude and so were some of the workers. Amateurs I believe. No place to take your car for tint or glass!!!!

A few weeks ago got my car broken into, had to replace a window and found this place. The guy got my window replaced in an hour and I was on my way but i noticed after a few days the window was very tight and wouldn’t go in or out very fast so I called him and he lubricated it and fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend as the guy will correct anything that went wrong after replacement

This place is AWESOME!! Excellent chip repair on windshield in less than 20 minutes & installed new mirror on drivers side damaged mirror. Fast, efficient & VERY reasonable price. I'd give them six stars if six were available! :) :)Services: Auto windshield repair

We had a bad experience at Best Auto Glass and Tint.. we made an appt to get my husbands front windshield replaced. At the same appt we also requested an estimate on replacing his back window (on the same vehicle). He went to pick it up and they had taken out his back window and charged him $70. Was so unfortunate as they told my husband after they took it out they could not even locate a new window to replace it with. My husband spoke with the owner "Isreal" and told him that he asked the receptionist lady for an estimate only (of the back window)...the owner Isreal responded he was not told it was an estimate only. No apologies no owning his companies mistake... and it cost us $70 for them to do an unauthorized service of removing our back window.I have spoken with theTHE WA STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE and we will be registering/filing a complaint with them this week. The attorney general is a great resource and they will fight for the consumers rights ..ps..when I called a very reputable residential glass company in businessfor over 50+ after this had happened I was told they had heard similar stories about Best Auto Glass and Tint. That they personallydo not recommend nor refer anyone to Best Auto Glass and Tint and that speaks volumes. They gave me the name of a very reputable man who came out the very next day and replaced our back window. I wish I had called the residential glass shop for a referral first time around.. buyer beware save yourself time and your hard earned money.Service: Auto windshield replacement
