The workers are awesome and friendly I really appreciate you people and Merry Christmas...I just have a problem staying clean and sober staying there...it's nobody's fault but my own.

there are still people in the world who selflessly care about their fellow humans; they work and volunteer at this location.

I'm from Bremerton Washington. Born here, but not completely raised for a good portion of my life, been off, and on. The Streets of Bremerton Washington, Portland Oregon, including California as in L.A., Sandiago(Loved it there), and back home to Bremerton. So for the 5 Stars for me is bcuz Salvation Army is in a way not only a safe Haven but also a Home for me and my soon to be Wife. Service on Sundays is good, the food is great when it's your favorite meal(including since your Auntie is the Cook), the staff are cool(untill you get into trouble then it's a 24-72 hour or a ban). The Shelter when they have it is warm enough I could sleep for days.Blessed be, to Salvation Army, and may Father Odin guide you along with God himself.

Used to live there. It's no longer a shelter, just serves lunch and dinner. Food sucks but it will help one live. The supervisors kind of suck. JUNE is awesome, Joyce, and a few others very cool. Eric sucks. Dana sucks.

I live nearby and there’s 0 consideration for the local neighborhood. The amount of times I’ve been woken up from homeless, or even employees yelling is ridiculous.Doesn’t help I’ve had (what I assume are) employees outside late at night too having loud conversations while they smoke, right outside my window! I also am constantly cleaning up beer cans and cigarette butts thrown in my driveway, despite people already using my trash/recycling bins.I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t have a baby on the way. I can already guarantee that he’s going to be constantly woken up.

I delivered some Christmas presents to them. The workers there were very appreciative of them and understood how the gifts would convey love and caring to the children who would receive them. The Salvation Army does a good job!

can I just say, the way I was treated when ringing the bell today was wrong ! I'm a volunteer , I shouldn't be shamed and wuiltripped if I can't do it , because I have to make money to live. maybe don't take advantage of people in need to hold your buckets! also, why are same ones homeless year after year if you do do much . my experiences there were really bad , I stayed in my car alone in middle of winter , you suck !

there staff lie and treat there clients like they are low life's . they are rude and disrespectful . if you are homeless this is the worse place to stay.
