This was my first time getting a dip set with extensions at this nail salon. They took off the previous set I had and started over on my bare nails. It took almost 3 hours, with 3 different people working on my nails. There was only one other person in the shop. Usually, a set lasts me more than two weeks. I’ve gone longer, up to almost a month, although I like changing the color and it can look janky if I let it grow too much. But they NEVER break no matter what. They’re way more durable than acrylics. Well, the nail on my right middle finger broke while I was making my bed, less than a week after I got them done. Not banging it on the furniture, but just tugging sheets. Really disappointing for 65$Service: Dip powder

They do good nails most of the time but is absolutely unacceptable to make an appointment and still have to wait an hour repeatedly. You should really try to be more careful of overbooking. I’m a single mom and have very little time to get my nails done. Had to leave with out getting my nails done today even though I had an appointment. I will not be coming back. I always arrive on time and tip $20 for my full set or fill every time. I will find a nail salon that is respectful of my time and money.Service: Acrylic nails

I referred my mom to this place as my mom hasn't had her nails done in years. My mom made an appt here. She walks in 5 mins early to her appt (her appt. was at 4) & patiently waited. They asked her why she was there at 4:15 & she explained she had an appt to get nails done. She also explained to them she has a hearing impairment & to please speak up. Instead of being respectful & speaking more loud & clear for her, they then laugh & snicker at her & tell her it will be a 30 min wait even though he had an appt. She walked out in tears because not only was she laughed at & embarrassed because of her hearing impairment but she was so excited to get her nails done& was told there was a 30 min wait even though she had an appt? IDC if they were busy or not. No excuse

I always have great service when I come here. It has been a couple of months since I have gotten my nails done and they did not fail me! I love my nails every time. They always do an amazing job when I want a full set or when something isnt right they are willing to fix it no problem. I will always come here(: Thank you! ?

just a few of the sets I’ve gotten done there n everytime, I’ve never been let down. I swear by them. Everywhere else I go, never do as good of a job as them. Always walking in knowing they’ll give me what I ask for an always leave happy. Service: Acrylic nails

I have been coming here since July of 2021 and I usually leave satisfied. Well, today was not the case. My services was completely rushed! I received a pedicure and a full set. While doing my nails, he layer the acrylic and didn’t even file them, my nails are so thick. While shaping them, he cut my finger and left a gash. He rushed me to the point where he didn’t even let me wash my hands after he cut me. I came at 430 and they closed at 7. I didn’t want to leave this review, but I keep looking at my nails in disappointment. If you go early and it’s not busy, you will get good service. This place is always booked so you better call for an appointment and its the reason that they do nails perfectly. It was my first time with them and they did an amazing job with my nails. I showed them a photo and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I was so happy. I have been receiving a LOT of compliments on my nails. My husband loved my nails too. My nails on my right hand came out significantly longer than my left hand. Appointment was made for 4:30. Got it done a hour later which makes no sense making a appointment for a specific time. Over charged for garbage nails. Never again.Service: Acrylic nails

Try to give credit where it's due, but maybe they were having an off day. My 2 friends and I made appointments for 5pm, we were not gotten to until 45 mins after.The lady that did my nails was sweet, but she burned at least 3 of my fingers with the drill as she was rushing back and forth rather than one direction with the drill. I did like my nails, but I don't think the burning & stinging pain is worth it. Maybe in the future I will try them again but for now, I won't be back.

I came in to get my nails fixed as they didn’t do what I asked for which was French tips and they gave me ombre both times when I showed them what I wanted they did it again. I was in there for 3 hours after I was in there yesterday, my fix up today took 3 hours, very unprofessional business need to rethink how they treat there paying customers.Services: Acrylic nails

Best prices & massages in town. I have had excellent service here every single time I’ve gone. The pedicures are amazing and the gel application has been awesome so far. Call ahead and then come at your appointment time, you won’t be disappointed.

Sooo i went for a pedicure and man was it a pretty bad and rushed pedicure after we made an appointment 2 days prior. Made the appointment, got there 10 min prior but guess what, they didn’t see us until 30 min after out appointment. Atleast the female did a a but better than the male my friend had. They left specs of dead skin everywhere. When she said hey can you rehit these areas, he told her to take care of her feet better and to come back. Pretty lazy with the rock message and didn’t do well for the messages. They upcharged $5 for everything because they werent receiving enough tips. If they did a quality job, maybe they would have gotten a better tip 3 stars for how average the job the did out here.
