“Where do I start with how amazing of a hidden gem this is? I had been looking for months in the Seattle area for a place that could handle a task of embroidering my Double Agent jacket for my Marathon Maniacs accomplishments. I wanted it done right and I kept calling places in Seattle and Bellevue and they would 1) never answer the phone 2) never return my emails and 3) didn't have all the best reviews. I was hesitant to give my expensive jacket to a place to do anything half assed and I was also hesitant to taking it to someone who didn't have the need to call customers back. I finally widened the search and I'm so glad I did! This place has the best customer service I have encountered in a long time!! They answer the phone, they call back, they did an amazing job!! The owners are welcoming and they charged a very fair, even lower than what I dreamed, price. The end product was so great you'd never know that it was done after buying the jacket. The colors are exact, the work professional; I am beyond happy!!! I can't wait to wear my jacket with pride and I definitely want to spread the word about this place! It's incredible. They do so much more than just embroidery and I hope to use them soon in the future for alterations and more embroidery. Definitely worth the ferry ride to get their customer service!”
