I took my vehicle to 2 well-known auto shops. They weren't able to remove 02 sensor. Bucky's removed and replaced in 1 hour.

They said I needed my brake pads replaced when I brought it in for something else. Since Harlow does those cheaper, I said I didn't want them done. Suddenly, with extremely convenient timing, part of my car magically broke and they "needed to keep it overnight to fix it". Well, I picked it up the next day to find fake feathers in the passenger seat, which had not been there before. Not only did I have to pay extra for what I suspect was purposeful tampering, but it seems someone was given a ride in my car without my consent. THE REAL KICKER is that upon going to Harlow, they said my brake pads were totally fine, they had simply been lying in an attempt to upcharge me.

Amazing customer service! We are from out of state, was in Washington visiting family. During our visit, our truck unexpectedly broke down. They were the only shop that was open on a Saturday AND willing to attempt our issue. It was the DEF system. They did multiple things and really tried to help us. Unfortunately, it was something that only Ford was able to access and fix. Bucky's had our truck for a few days trying to fix the problem. Throughout the whole time, they were very upfront and honest about what they were doing and what it would charge. In the end, they did not charge us anything. The customer service was so great that I would recommend them to anyone, and if we ever have car trouble again while in Washington, they are our definite go-to place!*Note* They are a first come, first serve shop, or at least on Saturdays. I don't know about the rest of the week. We got there around 10 a.m. and the wait for them to get to our truck was about an hour. Not bad considering all 3 of their bays were filled with other cars when we first got there.*The only downside is the parking lot. They share the lot with a Valvoline. It is already a tight location. I don't recommend going around lunch time. That seemed to be when most people went to Valvoline for oil changes. Which made the parking lot even more cramped.

They are crooks! Took my jeep in to get AC recharged. After recharging the system and charging my $300.00 they told me my compressor was bad and wanted an additional $800.00 to replace it. I took the jeep to another mechanic for a second opinion who said they should have tested the compressor and system before charging the system. Beware of their shady tactics. Do not recommend them.

At first I was happy with previous work they did and even had a good review here... Then I had a $21 crank position sensor for 2 months, but the weather wasn't right, so I asked them to replace it. They did NOT tell me they were charging me $200/hr because I brought my own part in, but pointed to an OBSCURE piece of paper on the side wall. When I complained, one of the mechanics said, "You are nobody special." He obviously needs to stay out of the front desk area. I wrote it off as a bad day. But today, they quoted me over $600 for just the part!!! They get most of their parts from Autozone, down the block, so I looked it up, and that part is only $237. I called back and got, "We can't sell it for what we pay for it. We have make a profit." We are done. I'm tired of being cheated. This is why I do my own work.

The service technician who changed my oil did not put a new gasket on my oil plug.....standard procedure.....the next morning I had oil dripping into my concrete driveway. The stain cannot be removed. Management was unapologetic, the service tech had an attitude and stated "I did that oil change and the gasket was fine".....oh hell no. I will NEVER use this business again.Service: Oil change

I want to thank Jeremy. I have taken my 2008 X5 here numerous times and compared quotes to other shops in town. Jeremy has always been fair and honest on price and always communicates well. Himself and his team always have great customer service skills. I highly recommend Jeremy as he goes above and beyond for his customers, he deserves a raise!

Seriously had a great experience with Buckys on a Highway 303! They were so kind and ready to serve. I had an experience earlier in the day with a different car place that made me feel like an inconvenience. Buckys Highway 303 was wonderful. I went in for an oil change and they saw I had a head light out and a plate light out and they replaced both. Customer service was amazing and personable! Thank you guys! I also had my two little kids with me and the guys were very sweet to them.

This place is a ripoff. Never, ever take your vehicle here. You will have to get it fixed again in no time. Haven't been here in years. I think my GPS picked up that I was in the area...that is the only reason it is asking for a review. I wish I could give it no stars:(

Last year my mother was charged $700 for a brake job that takes 30 minutes. Today I just pulled the factory pads out of the car 10,000 miles later when they started grinding the rotor. The tattletale was bent back and they sent her on her way. These scammers taking advantage of an older women is disgusting.
