The management and customer service is terrible! I always walk out of this bank irritated by the bad service, excessive wait times, and being treated as if they don't care about their customers. I always seem to be thinking of changing banks and haven't done it yet. It's really getting to the point that I shouldn't be doing any business here. All they seem to want is your transaction fees and service fees. Very disappointed in the service here.

I am so disappointed with Bank Of America! I have been a customer for 33 years and have gotten screwed over a couple times from them. So I’m looking at my statements that they have been hounding me to go paperless and now I know why they want everyone to do that because they charge you hidden fees without letting you know or they say that they sent you something in the mail.So I was being charged a $3 check image fee…. I don’t write very many checks but they send a picture and enclose it with your statement so they can charge you another $3 per statement cycle! Then they were charging me $8 a month because I was $40 less than they wanted me to be in my savings account, I have never had a minimum that I have had to keep in there before. So I know $11 a month in fees might not mean much to a lot of people, but it adds up. Think of how much in just those 2 fees for 1000 customers they make. I’m so disgusted right now it’s unbelievable! At least email me or how about call me about the fees instead of calling me to get a loan.The lady on the phone was super nice her name was Dannaija, I was frustrated but also told her my frustration is not towards you but towards Bank of America. She then tried to get me a refund on being charged fees I wasn’t aware of. I paid these fees for a little over a year on 1 and for 10 months on the other. She said they will give you a credit of $3 for the image fees and $16 for the savings account fees. I again could not believe how stingy they were. I asked her to transfer my money to my checking account and close my savings account. She asked me if I was sure I wanted to do that I said yes because I’m not going to keep getting charged. So she closed that and guess what I don’t have to have check images if I don’t want them. I said I don’t need them so she fixed that. I know a lot of people that get free checks from their banks and better service from the bank itself. I do all the work because I take a picture of checks to deposit so I rarely ever do go inside a bank and when I do go in I feel like I’m bothering them. Customer service sucks when you go to the bank too! I don’t understand how your running your business but I’m shocked that there still in business. People if you have Bank of America go check for hidden fees. I have been with them a long time 33 years and I’m ready to find a place that will treat me good and not charge me when it’s not necessary.

Plane and simple, garbage service,insane wait times and the management can't answer a single question straight. Not to mention every time there is an issue it gets blamed on " policy changes" I've counted 7 inside of a year ,seriously?

Been calling the bank for over an hour now and the phone just rings , nobody has the common courtesy to answer the phone. Great customer service (NOT). Maybe I should not answer the phone when my customers call me, that should increase business

I am a account holder here at Bank of America. Bank manager Frances has a very uptight and rude attitude with everyone that was in the building who she interacted with during my visit. Not only that it is a MONDAY and they have one person employed behind the desk for transactions and check cashing. "Bank of America" but the only one behind the desk can barely speak or understand English which would be fine if the transactions were completed in a reasonable manner but the wait times are excruciatingly long and Bank of America employees don't seem to understand that people have jobs to go to during the week.

I've cashed two checks that were issued by Bank of America and the second time I cashed a check the teller told that I need to open an account. Today 11/20 I came to cash another check from my employer again issued by Bank of America and today there is an $8.00 fee to cash the check. I hope I never have to deal with this Bank again.
