Been with AT&T for 2 years and switching ASAP. This specific store will transfer you to an automatic teller without saying a word even when I asked “please let me know before you transfer me”. The lack of human decency makes me never want to give AT&T another dime and will never be coming back. Horrible.

Edit: the comment from Catina is so many lies because there isn't a guy that works there named Thomas.. the store manager is Gabbi and had been for a long time.. So her and the other comment is trolling...... I've seen Gabbi work really really hard here!!

usually i’m not one to leave bad reviews, but i was exceptionally annoyed by this. i went in to attempt to unlock my iphone, after being told by customer service that i had to go in store, and they were less than helpful. they tried to use the online forum, which i already stated didn’t work, and when it didn’t work i was just told to call customer service. they didn’t even try anything else. the run around was super fun. thanks for that.

squeezed into using the wrong address these folks don't care as long as you give them money. You can start an account and use a fake address and the owner of the home has no way to stop these bills from getting delivered. don't trust sketchy phone companies VERIZON IS BETTER!

Mylz was wonderful and incredibly patient when helping me deal with a difficult technical error. He spent 3 hours trying to help me resolve my issue, and did not brush me or my concerns aside and helped me explain my issue fully to customer support as necessary. He was a true advocate for me and other customers. The associate Chris was also a lovely and helpful presence.

I am so sad to see Wendy go. She IS this store. She has been the best manager we have seen in this location. I wish her the best in her new adventure, you are going to be missed very much. I wish that the company would offer you whatever you need to stay. I am proud of you for going after your dreams. Good luck and god bless. Can't thank you enough for the help and the sincere passion you have for this store and your customers. You were patient and kind to myself and my mom. She is tech challenged and you made sure she knew what she needed to feel comfortable so thanks for that. Go see Wendy the manager if you need anything from a phone to direct TV. She's great best manager we have seen in quite a few years in this store

I can't thank Wendy enough for going above and beyond, I am military and only have a military ID. They would not allow me to open an account without a state ID. She got on the phone and called different departments until someone manually approved it. I got my watch and a few other things and I am really pleased with the customer service I received at this store. You not only took care of me you made me feel like family and being so far from home I appreciate that so thank you, you are the definition of what a great manager is.

Dear AT&TMy 83 year old mom came into this location a few days ago. She was being scammed by some man over the phone. Wendy the manager got enough information from my mom to know it was a scam and she called the police and she called me as well. Wendy could of taken my moms money but instead asked the proper questions and saved my mother’s money. Thank you for being my moms guardian angel. Thank you is not enough for the kindness you’ve showed her. You did your job and you offered to take mom to lunch, she can’t wait to see her new friend this Sunday.Sincerely, Rick walker

I needed to say thank you to AT&T for hiring the best manager I’ve seen out of this store. I was in yesterday and Wendy had a customer 96years old. His wife is in a nursing home and he wanted to talk to her. The nurses have no time to hold the landline phone to her ear and he was looking for something to hold the phone receiver to her ear. Store does not carry them, she looked up at Walmart a headset that would work. He went there and they could not help him, he came back while I was there and asked if she could help him order a device online not only did Wendy order the device she also paid for it out of her own pocket and told him to expect it at his door the very next day. When he asked her how much he owed she looked at him and said nothing I paid for it just call home wait for it to come tomorrow and talk to your wife. That is way above any manager. She truly cared for his needs. Thank you AT&TA very proud customer
