My issue isn't so much with the store but with the insurance company that they use for property damage claims. We had a washer and dryer delivered from this store and they've met our needs. The issue is that during delivery our brand new vinyl floor was torn pretty badly in a couple of spots and now needs to be replaced as it's in a wet area and can't be left exposed like it is, accidents happen and we understand. We were contacted by their insurance company about opening a claim for repair and that has gone nowhere. We sent them an a quote from a flooring company almost 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back, we've sent numerous follow emails and we're just being ignored. Just know that if anything does go wrong, they use Broadspire for insurance claims and you will likely never get your money back or get the damage fixed.

I don't want the lap top now after the experience I've had there is no curb side pickup and I travel a long ways. There shé site say you can and so did the person I talked to and that is not true.

Rarely have I experienced such accommodation, great service, prompt delivery and caring by a retail store. These guys are pros, from the first phone call to the end of the delivery. After 40 years in the service industry, I am impressed!!!!

I just want to say how much I appreciate this team. I have gotten Multiple items through here with ease. Yes the items are going to be more expensive because your financing, but they work with you, they try their hardest to make the process as easy and comfortable for you, and unlike Rent A Center they treat you like a real human being. I will always be a loyal customer here 5+ years and going. Outstanding service.

I had a friend who told me about checking into Aarons for stuff i needed for my apartment. I was greeted by a great crew when i came into the store, and the sales manger Steve, was more than willing to sit with me and talk about all the options i had for purchasing items with them. They explained their 120 days same as cash option, and let me know that if i cannot pay off in that time frame i was going to pay a lot more for the merchandise, over the length of the lease if i just made the base monthly payment. He was very upfront about the procedures for leasing with them, and explained everything in the lease agreement till i was satisfied that i understood everything that i was signing. We laughed about how the reviews i read were saying the company over charges for merchandise. They are a bit more expensive, but Best Buy wont give you a loaner TV if yours goes out. I would rather pay a little extra and have service options, than buy something outright from a company and have to do everything myself if something does break. I read over the lease agreement they had me sign and everything is in there in black and white, no hidden fees. Im not sure why people cant understand that when you make a monthly payment on something, you arent putting all of the money on principle.. All in all, Im glad i was able to do business with Steve and his crew. They let me wander around the store and promo soundbars and TVs without hovering over me making me feel like i was pressured into a purchase. Im looking forward to my next purchase with them, since i felt welcome there, not like i was "just another customer".

I dont usually dont review places, but looking at a review,I can tell you he did not read his lease agreement.Aarons does over charge,but I knew that when signing,they explained everything,and it was up to me to decide how much over I was going to pay.They gave me 120 days to pay the retail price,I'm not saying their retail price was less than competitors,but it's like lay away,but I get to enjoy the merchandise while I make my payments. I also realize it's a rental,I'm paying for the time I want to use it,so if i go past my 120 days then the price goes up,because i have to pay the back interest of the 4 months,its added to the new payoff amount,remember back when blockbuster had video game systems,i paid for the days to use the system,but Aaron's will let you own the item if I want to pay their price for it,or i can rent and return. Everything is in the Lease agreement.Even though i would like to go by what the employees tell me,i know its safer to read the agreement i signed,the employees represents Aarons,but they are not the Rule makers..so read your lease agreement,and follow your payments,ask questions. There is No reason to bash a company because of your own negligence to take control of your own situation,remember when you sign something,you need to read and pay attention,mistakes are human,take control of your own destiny.

I got a tv from them and they are charging me more money than the tv is worth don't buy anything from them only if you want to pay twice the cost of it ...save your money and go to a store and you will pay less for it... then what they charge you at Aaron's... I only have one payment lefted and they told me that I have two payments left and they are trying to get more money out me ...go somewhere else
