I went to the UPS Store today for two reasons. One was to discuss an issue with an overnight package of fish I sent out on Friday, which wasn’t delivered until Monday. I was explaining to the associate that when they saw the live fish, they should have informed me that my next-day delivery wouldn’t arrive until Monday. This was a lesson for me about the limitations of next-day air service plus Saturday delivery, and I hoped the employee would use this experience to help customers better in the future.
The manager then interjected, saying that they weren’t UPS and couldn’t help me with this issue. I responded that if they’re not representing UPS, they should remove the UPS logo from their shirts. The manager then asked me to leave, which I agreed to do after they took back an Amazon return. However, they refused to scan my QR code and ended up calling the police on me.
The police were professional, but it was unacceptable to be treated this way by a store where I ship packages for next-day delivery 3 to 4 times a week. The manager’s poor management and refusal to handle the return caused unnecessary disruption, including the involvement of four police officers outside the store. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I love this store. The guys who work here are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. This is my go-to shipping place because of the quick and easy service.
I honestly don't understand the negative reviews, especially when compared to the other local options.

The staff lied to me, telling me that the notary (Bryan Peckham) was out for lunch when I could see him right there at around 3 pm. The staffs are simply sluggish and doesn't want to serve customers.

Terrible customer service. One of the guys at the front desk literally closed the door in my face as I was walking in as it was just now 6:30. He actually ran to lock the door as he saw me with a small package. My package had a label and everything was ready all I needed is to just give the package to him and I showed them so then you didn't have to do anything but accept the package. What a terrible customer service experience. No wonder this location has so many negative reviews.

The worst service ever .the worker scanned different return label didn’t belong to me I went there to see what to do coz one of the packages was able to track the other one couldn’t track ( has notice sayin label created ) When I came back to talk to him he just gave me phone # without saying anything I asked him simple question what to do after that said there’s the door have a good day we are not ups and kicked me out of the store I told him you did mistake he said here is the door have a good day he won the most rude person on the whole universe .. do your self favor and avoid this place .( to the manger if you can’t do your job or you can’t be nice stay home or find your self something for you no one should deal with your ruddiness )

This UPS Store is excellent! A very friendly young man named Brock assisted me and made my international shipping go smoothly. They went above and beyond, giving me personalized service. Thank you for making me feel valued as a person and customer.

It's 100% genuine when I say I've never had such a terrible customer service interaction before this. Here it is the next day and I'm still fixated on why such a simple transaction went so awfully. An older guy attempted to assist me in shipping a package 25 minutes away. Immediately he was standoffish and annoyed. It was weirdly tense, our interaction had the other employees glancing over like they were hostage to this dude. The second-hand embarrassment was felt when he kept asking me the same question repeatedly and he wouldn't listen to my response. The most bizarre thing was when he suggested I should just drive the package to the destination myself. (lmao wut??) Is that dude okay? Please believe me it was so awkward, I had to give up and dip out of there. Other locations are much nicer, friendly, and have the materials to help you prepare your package. I doubt I did anything to provoke the situation, because I took my transaction to Redmond and everything went smoothly. Edit: The rep below wants me to email the store to complain, which is probably going to go directly to the inbox of the person I had a bad interaction with, lol

Avoid this place for getting documents notarized. They are only capable to notarize photo copies. They do not have any knowledge or information on notaries for affidavits, JVAs or any other documents. They will themselves say it go to another notary as they dont know the process. So save ur time n go to another UPS store.

Expensive Notary services. Package delivery isn’t good either. This business is thriving only because there are no notary alternatives at thrasher’s corner.
