Glad that I found NESL for my son. The teachers take good care of the children there and the director, Beth is very helpful and responsive. Its affordable when compared to the other daycare centers in the area and the facility is clean

We are so grateful to have found this school for our child. It's an older facility yet it is clean. The director and staff are quick to answer questions and show great patience and love for the children. The teachers care for the children genuinely and prepare engaging and age appropriate activities. Staff turnover rate is low. This is a loving environment that we have no doubt our child is well taken care of here.

This is strictly in regards to the drivers. On multiple accounts I've witnessed them pulling out into traffic without looking and today I almost hit one. This was them leaving the center.

We are so grateful to have found this daycare for our child. It's an older facility but they keep it clean. The director is always very responsive and patiently answers all the questions any first time parent may have. The teachers care for the children genuinely and prepare engaging and age appropriate activities. Staff turnover rate is low. We feel safe and worry free leaving our child here.

Both my kids have been in full time childcare at NESL and we've had seven really great years with them. My kids like their teachers and have made lasting friendships. The teacher turnover appears to be low given that my youngest is getting the same teachers my oldest had. The owner is present on site every day and very responsive to questions or concerns. She knows every child by name and can often be found helping with a fussy baby or a five year old just having a rough day. The facility is clean and well cared for and there is regular investment in improvements, including their check-in/check-out system that also serves as a place for messages and updates. The staff make efforts to make days special and fun, with themed weeks or summer programs. Decorations are welcoming and embrace seasonal celebrations. Birthdays are made special with a crown and a celebration. I feel safe knowing my kids go here and I believe the staff there care about them in a way that is genuine. I'm so pleased we stumbled across them 7 years ago, I can't imagine our family anywhere else.

This has been a great affordable childcare option for us, with part time availability. The teachers genuinely care about the students. The owner is always present and often in the classrooms helping where she can. All the staff know the children by name. I know my kids are in good hands bringing them here.

My son has been in the infant room at Northshore Early Learning Center with Miss Mitzi since I went back to work in September and my husband and I couldn't be happier. He is happy when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up. Miss Mitzi does great age appropriate crafts for the holidays and is always sending sweet things home with him. She also has helped this first time mom grow with her baby by encouraging me to send solids to school, bigger bottles, etc. I'm very grateful to have her in my son's life and she has made this transition seamless.

NorthShore Early Learning is one of the most essential components of my families life. The amount of care, and compassion they give my 2 boys on a daily basis is worthy of a trophy. I couldn’t be more grateful for the employees and the business.

I don’t know this company but someone driving one of their vans was driving like a jackass on the hwy heading out of Monroe to Bothell. Not sure if this van is used to pick up children but the driver should be ashamed of themselves. posted speed limit sign was 60 and this guy was easily over 70. Please educate your drivers the rules of the road!

Our daughter has been at Northshore since before her first birthday and now she is two years old. This place has been wonderful. The teachers for the infants and toddlers really build a positive, caring environment, and we're always delightfully surprised by the new words she uses that we never taught her. The teachers genuinely care about the children, and contrary to prior (significantly older?) reviews, we have seen zero turnover among the teachers: Paola, Lek, Saba, Claudia, Yadira, Jennifer, Mitzi and the others have been there the whole time, and all them know our daughter well. To boot, our daughter comes home with some cute, fun arts and crafts every week. Each class has outdoor access, and the teachers are mindful of sun exposure during the hotter months. Our only reservation before joining was the adjoined classroom spaces, separated by a wall of cubbies. It hasn't been an issue whatsoever, and the children, upon drop-off and pick-up time, actually see and become familiar with the other areas where they may soon become students as they grow older. On top of all of this, the prices are competitive - if not far better - than the other daycares we originally looked at. We recommend Northshore without reservation.

1) The bigger kids in the preschool classroom are not honest. They take toys from other kids' cabbies. Toys were not found again.2) This issue is related the fact that some teachers there are incapable of keep classroom orders and safety.3) This issue is also related to the classroom is over crowded. Same classroom is divided into half and half for older and younger kids with lots of shared cabbies. The classroom picture at their website shows one big empty room. In reality, it is divided into 2.

My girls were supposed to be in the 'Montessori' class, but what exactly they were doing in the class that would classify this daycare as Montessori, I have no idea. We just moved from Houston, Texas, and the Montessori school the girls were attending there was FAR and ABOVE this school academically. SEVERAL worksheets sent home from school had misspellings from the teacher. If this person is in charge of 'teaching' my children, who exactly is teaching her??I have twins, and the school decided to separate the girls, which was completely fine with me. However, I then discovered that one of the girls was moved to a toddler class. She spent her days playing with 'baby' toys, and no time was really dedicated to school work. My girls are starting Kindergarten next year, and they have been in Montessori since they were 2.The final straw for me was when I read the 'teachers' bios posted outside each classroom. One of the teacher's assistants noted that her favorite things to do were watch 'Teen Mom' and 'Jersey Shore.' The fact that the school approved this bio, and printed it for everyone to see just was too much for me. There was no sense in professionalism at all, and these are people who are influencing my children? No thanks. I will be searching for other Montessori schools in the area.

We couldn't be happier with Northshore Montessorri & Childcare!!! We sent our son here beginning last summer and have been extremely pleased with the structure and learning he has received so far. Their prices are very competitive, and the staff is wonderful! We are planning on sending our 2nd son here as soon as he is old enough. Highly recommended. Thanks Northshore for everything
