Had employee pack a lamp to ship fr my parents estate to my house in California. Cost over $200 with insurance. Lampshade arrived crushed . Company denied my claim said box wasn't crushed so it was faulty packing. Since I was shipping it to myself they blamed me, Horrid service

No customer service. They made me wait a while to pretty much tell me they didn't have time for me. I wasn't doing a super expensive service so I didn't matter. I should have been screaming for customer service walking in like all the other customers.

Eric was very helpful - he offered to tape the box up free of charge and gave me a detailed receipt showing the tracking number and FedEx number to call if i had questions. Eric went above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT service.

To be clear, this poor review is not against the employees of the store at this location as there was probably nothing that they could have done. I dropped off a FedEx Ground pkg at 117 using the self-service kiosk and got a receipt. The pick-up time stated 330pm. For over 3 hours after (supposedly) the item has been picked up, I am not able to find the tracking number in the FedEx tracking system despite calling customer service and visiting the store in person. How is this possible? Don't the driver scan the parcel when he/she picks it up from the drop-box? Now I am very concerned that my package is lost and I will suffer a serious financial penalty. This will be the last time that I use FedEx for any personal shipping needs if I can avoid it altogether, I will. Update Review on 2/24 I am changing my review for this particular Fed Exp location to GREAT despite the previous poor experience of not locating my package, I felt the staff at this location went out of their way to find the package for me and saved me from potentially a disastrous situation. I give them 5 stars for the great customer service!!!

This place is awesome! I had some last minute printing I needed done and was told at Woodinville it would be 24 hour turn around but when I called the Canyon Park/Bothell location they said you can either submit online or come in with your order and we will see what we can do. Eric was wonderful! He had a great attitude even though they were all sooo busy there And finished up my order quickly. I will definitely be back!

This is one of my fave Fed Ex locations! It's literally RIGHT off the freeway - I can hop off, get my printing done, and be back on the road in literally a few minutes. The location is clean and the staff is always friendly and super helpful. I love that I can email my documents to FedEx then pull them up with a code on one of the self-serve copier/printers. It makes my job just that much easier. Bonus points for ample parking and being a one stop shop for printing and shipping. They also have an impressive selection of business books and greeting cards! 1

I came in for some last minute reprints of double sided invitations. I ordered through a different professional printer and there were some errors/smudges and I needed to get the invitations sent out ASAP. I asked for help getting estimates on the printing and the girl helping me was so beyond confused with every step of their system. I don't blame her for my incident, because she was probably new and still training on things, but her coworkers really didn't help and ultimately failed both her and me. I was quoted $57 for 15 double sided and cut-to-size invitations, and told it would take more than 24 hours to print. When I asked how I could possibly make this a more reasonable price point (nearly $4/invitation is highway robbery and more than double the cost of the original invitations). I was told I could pre-purchase the card stock to bring down the cost. I purchased the paper, and was given an estimate of $27 for the final product. Once done with my purchase, I was told I would have to use the self service printing, and that was what the $27 purchase price included. Again, I am sure the girl was still in training, but the confusion was frustrating. The entire ordeal took about 40 minutes, and I ended up leaving without printing my invitations. I went to FedEx in Woodinville where they were able to print my invitations for $20 in less than 15 minutes. Don't even bother with Canyon Park, just go to Woodinville.

Quick and easy drop off location in Bothell. Had my package ready to go, walked up to customer service counter inside Safeway. They did a quick scan of the label offered me a receipt and said it would go out later today.
