Had employee pack a lamp to ship fr my parents estate to my house in California. Cost over $200 with insurance. Lampshade arrived crushed . Company denied my claim said box wasn't crushed so it was faulty packing. Since I was shipping it to myself they blamed me, Horrid service

No customer service. They made me wait a while to pretty much tell me they didn't have time for me. I wasn't doing a super expensive service so I didn't matter. I should have been screaming for customer service walking in like all the other customers.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Fed Ex store #0939 in Bothell, WA, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and expertise they provided. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in my printing project. Razak was particularly helpful, sharing his valuable knowledge on design ideas and technical specifications for my project. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that everything was just right was truly impressive. Serena also provided superb customer service over the phone, going above and beyond to help me with an email containing my project files. She was patient, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. But the great service didn't stop there. Patrick, William, and Adrian were also exceptional team members who worked together to help me see my printing project through from start to finish. They were all friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the printing process. Overall, I would highly recommend Fed Ex store #0939 in Bothell, WA to anyone looking for excellent customer service and top-notch printing services. The team there truly went above and beyond to ensure that my project was a success, and I am grateful for their help and expertise.

Eric was very helpful - he offered to tape the box up free of charge and gave me a detailed receipt showing the tracking number and FedEx number to call if i had questions. Eric went above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT service.

Staff at Walgreens was really helpful. I had not attached the shipping label but the person gave me the packing tape to attach it rather than sending me back or charging me. 5 stars!

They didn't train the employees. They didn't print the shipping label for my package and I lost it. Don't use this location. The customer service of FedEx is irresponsible and worse. Better use UPS.

To be clear, this poor review is not against the employees of the store at this location as there was probably nothing that they could have done. I dropped off a FedEx Ground pkg at 117 using the self-service kiosk and got a receipt. The pick-up time stated 330pm. For over 3 hours after (supposedly) the item has been picked up, I am not able to find the tracking number in the FedEx tracking system despite calling customer service and visiting the store in person. How is this possible? Don't the driver scan the parcel when he/she picks it up from the drop-box? Now I am very concerned that my package is lost and I will suffer a serious financial penalty. This will be the last time that I use FedEx for any personal shipping needs if I can avoid it altogether, I will. Update Review on 2/24 I am changing my review for this particular Fed Exp location to GREAT despite the previous poor experience of not locating my package, I felt the staff at this location went out of their way to find the package for me and saved me from potentially a disastrous situation. I give them 5 stars for the great customer service!!!

This place is awesome! I had some last minute printing I needed done and was told at Woodinville it would be 24 hour turn around but when I called the Canyon Park/Bothell location they said you can either submit online or come in with your order and we will see what we can do. Eric was wonderful! He had a great attitude even though they were all sooo busy there And finished up my order quickly. I will definitely be back!
