Checking in was a smooth process for all of that we’re together. when I went down to ask for stuff for the pull out couch I was told that they would bring it to the room, well it never happened at all. Free breakfast…..um no options at all. Maybe you should provide a better selection than just oatmeal. Vending machine for the drinks didn’t accept any change. The pull out bed was terrible could feel every spring possible. And the 3rd floor smelt so bad. I think there needs to be a better up keep in things. Family will not be staying here again. A lot of changes need to be made for sure. Also people who smoke should smoke further away from the building that way people who don’t like the smell of that don’t have to deal with it.Rooms: Uncomfortable beds and pillowsFood & drinks: Vending machines didn’t accept change, Food what food poor breakfast selection for sure.

Hair all through the linens, don’t accommodate for needed an extra night well, housekeeping is only weekly, they give attitude when you ask to switch towels at the desk. Will never use and extended stay again. Should be able to add a night without being room less for a few hours. Breakfast is absolute trash.

I’ve stayed here a lot. Sometimes for several weeks at a time. I always felt comfortable and welcome here. Staff is very accommodating & friendly. Location is somewhat isolated so it’s quieter than other extended stays I’ve stayed, and the rooms are clean. I felt safe staying here. There’s two Asian restaurants, a Starbucks, and a McDonald’s walking distance away (across from the hotel parking lot), and it’s walking distance to the canyon park park and ride.

Dirty, stinky, inefficient, old and should be torn down. It would be better to stay in a homeless camp except for the rain.. the worst hotel I have stayed in, hard bed, dirty linen. Dog food from previous guest still in the corners,DO NOT BOOK

I love, love, Dawn. She besides the manager is the only one that knows how to bill me properly. She is always attentive and meets my every need. Kudos to her!!!!!

I had to stay at this hotel for two weeks plus because doctors wouldn’t let me return home until an injury to my foot was healed. Kind of a depressing situation, but service and quality of my room made it quite a bit of a good experience! Even though I was only about a mile and a half from my home, The beautiful green location with all the good food options, nearby, and everything made it kind of like a vacation. The room cleaners, and the desk staff, especially Allen and Dawn, have been great! thank you :)Rooms: Pleasantly surprised by the room. The window actually opened, fresh air!, the heater worked when I needed it. Functional refrigerator, Good bed with plenty of pillows. A couch with a pullout bed so my friend could stay the night one night. Dishes available when I eventually wanted to cook. Can’t really complain about anything!

Service was excellent. Easy access. The rooms were old and had their quirks but all in all we would stay there again should the need arise.

The only thing good about this place is that’s it’s close to my work. Many times, I had to get help, and the front desk employees, were rude, short, and seemed annoyed by helping.Never will I stay here again.Rooms: Basic rooms, crappy hotel service.

I like Extwnded Stay America for ADA rooms, kitchen, and kitchen tools. This place had none. Was also dirty, and had to wait at front desk for 20 minutes for clerk to show up.

The staff has always been Pleasant and professional toward me. Especially Dawn, she has been absolutely amazing from day one. The rooms are a decent size. The Furnishings may show a tad bit of wear but nothing too major. This is a pet friendly hotel. Which I totally understand people love their pets. But the stairwells and some of the hallways absolutely weak of animal urine/ feces. Especially the second floor from room 234 all the way down to the end. The stench at times is absolutely nauseating.

The bed was a litte hard for my taste, but my ex would have loved it. Everything else was wonderful. It has been a lovely vacation in my own little studio apt. The location was close to everything I needed and the restaurants! Yum. They had laundry and garbage disposal on site and housekeeping comes through every 2 weeks. Sadly the pool was still closed for the winter.

This facility has worked for us in the past & continues to do so. The room is basically a studio apartment with a mini kitchen, exactly what we needed. The staff is very friendly & helpful. As a whole the facility is nothing fancy but is being taken care of and seems to be clean. Laundry facility is clean and maintained which we greatly appreciate. Thanks for another nice stay.
