Small but very professional vet clinic. Doctors are great, some of them are widely known & respected in the vet profession. They care for our 2 doodles and I never doubt that they are in good hands.

My pug had an eye infection that had come up over the weekend. My previous vet was not open on Mondays and it didn't warrant a trip to a hospital. Bothell Pet Hospital has some same day appointments for issues that are urgent but not emergencies and I was able to get Finn the help he needed that day. I appreciate the good care he received.

I got there 10 mins late. They made me wait for 20 mins, then they said they couldn’t see us. They also didn’t have not even one garbage can for dog poop and another person came, his dog pooped at the entrance and they left it there for 10 mins stinking the whole place up. Never coming back .

We have had the remarkable professional and compassionate care from the team at Bothell Pet Hospital for over 25 years, dating back to Bill Cleveland and since his retirement, largely the care of Leslie Kovar. But the whole team, from the balance of the medical staff, to the front desk to the assistants in the exam room and in surgery; the uniformity of quality and excellence is uncommon and so welcomed. We travel often over 40 minutes to go to this team, even when there are dozens of veterinarians closer; all because they are the best and worth it. Thank you.

An enjoyable visit at the Vet! Just recently switched vets and I'm so glad I did.
Previously with my old vet I dreaded the visit, more than my dog. There was So much pressure to buy what ever it was they wanting to sell me like food or supplements.
NOT Bothell Pet Hospital, I was given helpful and useful info regarding my dog we both left happy.

When my husband and I walked in the office staff were extremely kind and took a minute away from their tasks to meet my dog Linda, a new patient. Jessie the tech came to escort us to our exam room and was so nice.
Dr. Harmer is only the second veterinarian I've brought Linda to see but talking with her was world's different than my experience at my previous vet's office. She kneeled down on the floor to get acquainted with my dog and even did most of the exam on the floor with her where she was most comfortable. Linda needed her anal glands expressed (sorry guys!) and when she was done, Dr. Harmer had nothing but good things to say about her behavior and temperament throughout the uncomfortable experience.
It seems like the people in this office are honestly dedicated to making uncomfortable or scary situations as comfortable as possible for their furry patients. I am so glad I found Bothell Pet Hospital and would absolutely 100% refer anyone looking to switch providers. It can be a scary thing to switch to a new provider, but they make it easy to advocate for my dog.

They were great to work with. My dog has shown signs of aggression towards other dogs and they accommodated that issue. However when we were inside my dog was good and didn't become aggressive at all. Thank you for the help with Cooper

Bothell Pet Hospital had been a good choice for my dog. They always get us in quickly and there is almost no wait. My dog is a stressed out little nipper and even so, they are always patient with her.

Bothell Pet Hospital is by far the best Veterinary Care. The staff is awesome. I am so glad I found them for my two dogs.

We've been taking our fur babies to Bothell Pet Hospital ever since we moved out to Washington. The staff is above and beyond, Dr. Wichert has always taken such great care of both our pets, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. All Dr's have been wonderful. Even though we have moved a few times, we'll continue to stay as everyone there is amazing, its worth the drive. So thankful to you all and all that you do and have done for our fur family.

I cannot say enough about how bad Bothell Pet Hospital has become since they have changed owners. We have been customers for 20+ years and service is hit or miss depending on who is working and when. During our last visit, the staff would rather our pet die, than provide the most basic care or compassion. Long story short, I woke up to my pup whining in pain with a very faint heartbeat. It was so bad that I packed her up and rushed into Bothell Pet Hospital, hoping they could assist me. Upon my arrival I told the young lady at the counter that my pup was in pain and barely breathing and her first response was, "Do you have an appointment? We are not an emergency facility." I stated that I understood that and that my first thought was to rush my pup in our local vet as I was in fear she was going to die. The next response just blew my mind. I was told, "Well, we will see what we can do" - I just stood there in disbelief and the family seated behind me stood up and said, "Are you kidding me? His dog could be dying" - The young lady then said, "Well you're lucky, we had a cancellation" At that point I just froze in disbelief. This young woman was the most inconsiderate and compassionless person I have ever encountered. It was so bad that one of their Tech's apologized to me for the poor attitude and acknowledged that the front desk was their area of improvement. Fast forward, my dog is doing well but after this visit, we will not be returning. For a pet hospital to abandon patients in their time of need is inexcusable. Add on the lack of compassion and you have a business that puts profits over pets, which is just sad. It's unfortunate that the new owners are ruining what was once a premier veterinary facility.

We love this pet hospital.Have been coming here for almost 50 yrs. Clean, efficient and pleasant.
Saw Dr Han spelled wrong and assistant Anna were wonderful with my cat yesterday.

While it's often not with high spirits that you have to take your furry friends to a vet, I've had an outstanding experience so far with Bothell Pet Hospital. I can tell from check-in to diagnosis that the clinicians and techs here care a great deal about my pets' well-being. Special shout-out to Dr. Camper, who has been extraordinarily patient and kind while keeping our Pepper at ease during her treatment.
