Need more employees when it's busy it's busy and one person running the story isn't okay for those that need help or have questions or knows what they want would like to go in and out. I fill for the one employee to be honest.. manly around the holidays

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that answered all of my questions, were super patient with my daughter and I and just a generally good experience. Sad to say that I didn't catch the name of the employee, but they were working on the date of this review. Give them a raise!

This is the second time I've came here an hour before they're supposed to be closed. And they're not open... Very disappointing since it's a 25 minute drive from my place. Almost 2 hours of driving, just to have them be closed early. Thought the first time was rare, so didn't think I'd need to call and make sure they're open. Guess I'll have to from now on. Or maybe just shop somewhere that has accurate hours...

Justin was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable! Traded in some games and got a decent price(anywhere from 10%-30%) and they called promptly when a game I pre-ordered arrived! Thanks Justin! :) Keep up the great customer service!

I bought a headset for my daughter and games to the tune of 418 dollars. The headset wasn't the greatest. I went to return it unsatisfied, and they inform me that I only had 2 weeks to return it, and it was intact 3 weeks old. They would do nothing for me. They wouldn't even take it in as trade in. I am a 20 + year of gamestop, and I will no longer give them my money. I went online and found the same headset for 50 dollars on Amazon, and 25 on ebay, and I paid 60. This is highway robery and poor customer service.
