Super helpful manager was able to walk me through their collection of vhf handhelds. Also picked up a new life vest and gloves. Young clerk actually helped me locate my cup I had misplaced while shopping.Would love to return. Happy with the service.

Visited this location today for pencil zinc for our boat. (Transmission oil cooler) Lucky for us, they had two in stock.
This store is smaller than some other locations, but well stocked with necessary essentials for boaters.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Large parking lot.

Ordered a propane stove over 2 weeks ago. It arrived on-time but nobody called me to tell me, and it turned out that the unit was damaged. So they ordered a new one. 3 promised delivery dates have come and gone with no stove. Order cancelled.They had a better price than Fisheries Supply, but I have more than spent the difference in wasted time.

Great selection of supplies, and great people to help you find what you may be looking for. Some things are a bit on the more expensive side, but it is a retail store, and they usually have value options for most common needs. We keep going back.

I ordered a white standard horizon vhf radio 1.5 months ago. 3 black ones were brought into the store with excuses of why the one I ordered hasn't shown up. I've been told I was going to be called for the pick up however I wasn't. I had to call and once again I was told false information; it will show up in days. However it didn't, there's more to list. I would expect better customer service and follow through but at the Bellingham West Marine it doesn't exist. I like to try and shop locally but Amazon would have been a better choice for me. Matthew however was wonderful to deal with to help solve my issues.

They have a decent selection of a variety of marine tools and equipment. Sales assoc. Miles was very helpful and polite.
