This store has so much selection. You can find really great brands at different price points.Taking off one star because the ambiance is terrible, the fluorescent lighting is enough to give you a headache very quickly.

I’ve been using the same concealer for 10+ years and I don’t usually wear makeup so I had very little idea what would be a good fit. The lady who helped me was so kind (wish I got her name) she helped me get the right shade and didn’t rush me at all. It was a great experience.

Love the products but the workers there are super rude. I paid almost $100 for items that got literally thrown in the bag because the woman didn’t hear me when I said “Yes please” when she asked if I needed a bag. It’s not my fault you didn’t hear me. I’m glad none of my products broke. Be better. I have a similar experience every time I come in. I try to be cordial but if this happens again next time (if there is a next time) I will be saying something. If you don’t want to work, don’t work. Simple.Also it’s worth noting the $40 dry shampoos have no lids?? There were about 5 of them and only 1 had a lid - I’m not sure if they were tried out/used, and if I’m paying that much for a dry shampoo I kinda expect it to be fully intact!

This is my last attempt to ask Ulta to please cancel the credit card I was manipulated into getting. I was told I’d be getting a huge discount on a hair dryer. I wasn’t told that there was a fee for the credit card. Obviously it’s not a big discount if I now have a monthly payment for a dryer that was less than $200. I will accept that I didn’t hire Scotland Yard to investigate the fine print before I agreed.However did I accidentally marry Ulta and have the marriage sealed in the Mormon temple? Is there no way to escape the purgatory of Ulta?I’ll pay anything in the future to not get an Ulta discount.Ulta please stop billing me for nothing. You are acting like a common criminal. Therefore I will hire an attorney. It’s cheaper than paying this bill every month.

I'm done coming to this store. If I can order from sephora I will from now on. Ive been coming multiple times a month here for the past four or five months. Noone helps you as you walk around the store. They avoid helping customers And walk right past you multiple times. They never have enough cashiers at the front. And when you finally do make it to the front because of the long lines, the cashiers don't even bother the greet you. They just look at you and dont say anything. I'm not sure where they are finding these people. They are very awkward with customers and have no social skills whatsoever. They constantly ask for your receipt even though you give them the phone number and the order and purchase history is under the phone number. They still want the receipt and treat you like a criminal if you're trying to do A. Refund or exchange even when you have a phone number and account and the purchases are on there. they never offer you the credit card. They pick and choose who to ask. They don't tell you about your rewards and points that you have on your account. They don't offer the samples that are supposed to come with certain purchases. It takes three people to solve a problem and none of those people bother to open up a new line to help the long lines go down. I've been in the store countless times when they have had 3 people working with one person on something and none of them Apologize for the wait, none of them Say we'll be with you in a moment- None of them stop to open up a till to get the line down. They walk off and leave the front. They act like you are bothering them when you are spending money in the store. Robots would be better. Self checkout would be better here because the human workers dont even give a damn about their jobs. The makeup selection is sparse and needs more brands and more options and more ranges.

Today was my first time shopping at Ulta Beauty and had an amazing time shopping here at the store. John was great and alot of knowledge on the products sold at the store. Overall experience was just exceptional!

This place has everything my girlfriend needs! Just buy a gift card and let her go buy the stuff she needs! "It's the thought that counts." lol, too many times have I bought the wrong stuff for her and she has to return it. A gift card solves that issue so she can buy her shades and her brands!
