“Phone service is friendly; some of the staff in the store is friendly and professional; found what I needed: heaviest Frisbee I found was 160 grams; didn't see 175 gram Frisbees (I think they were out) or 200 gram Frisbees (I don't think they carry them)”
“Super friendly and helpful but not in a patronizing way! Even told me about a store that I might be able to find more if I couldn’t find what I was looking for (air brush paint). He assumed I knew what I was doing and did not make me feel like a he thought I was a girl who had no idea what she was doing. He just showed me where the paints were and left me to it. The lack of being patronizing or mansplaining made a huge difference and I will be going back. I do not write reviews for stores but I had such a pleasant experience that I just had to.”

“We absolutely love this shop. The new location is conveniently located and has easy parking. I'm really liking the new space, it's large and well organized, super clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. My younger daughter always makes the climb into the upstairs playhouse so she can observe the whole store. I'm over 40 years old and usually end up finding something cool for myself as well. They've got a great selection of all the stuff we like (Thinking Putty, Legos, puzzles and fidget toys). There's a cool demo area too where you can try out lots of the newest toys and games. I'm happy to have this gem of a toy store here in Bellingham.”
