I am very happy with my haircut by Chelsea. I don't usually put reviews but this time I felt it's the least I could do because I am loving how nice my haircut is and easy to do this time , have to give Chelsea a 5 star for this cut

Both the staff I interacted with were very friendly. The hairstylist was patient with a customer who changed their mind and declined to get a haircut after getting the protective cape on. Thanks for the heart service!

Asked for a type of line up and he did not do at all what I asked no fade no nothing now I have to cut all my hair. If you want a good haircut find a different place

Apparently emailing and calling corporate and still waiting for a response in over a week is a fail. Unfortunately, people that like to escalate situations or feel entitled can get hired and lie about the franchise owner banning a loyal customer. Still haven't received your owners so called email banning me from the establishment that I've been a client of for over 20 years. I've been meaning to write the owner anyway to question their reasoning for raising prices on military haircuts and slowly decreasing military discounts to the point now where it feels like they're being transitioned out.
***On a seperate note. Not sure if it's an update issue, but for some reason, I've been having issues checking in online. From my experience in the past, I've never had an issue with calling the store ahead of time to let them know you are on the way to hold your place in line. However with this new person, whom I'm just going to refer to her as *Karen* to serve as a reflection of her behavior, she claimed she wasn't able to check me in or notify my stylist that I was on my way. She did confirm with me that she could indeed remove from the line up.***
Sure I was pensive the day I showed up to get my haircut on my birthday as I was on a tight schedule that day, but in no way was I disrespectful with my words or behavior. If you disagree please send me the video footage and we can have a conversation about it.
I couldn't sleep that night I was told I was not welcome there and for my aggressive words and behavior I was to expect an email from the owner of my ban notice. I've never been banned from anything so this was/is traumatic.
The next day I was finally able to come to terms with what happened only by realizing I just had my first "Karen" experience.
White woman, Avg height, stout, blonde Hair with the 2008 Kate Gosselin's haircut similarity, probably dealing with some kind of emotional deregulation.
I don't approve of the direction this franchise is heading and now with the disrespect I received from a sport clips rep. I'm out. Do better.
To my fantastic hairstylist of choice, thank you for great cuts and positive conversations.

I had one of the best experiences at Sport Clip. Very friendly and professional staff. The sport tv was nice to have as well. Definitely one of my best experiences for a Hair cut and also one of the best hair cuts I have gotten. I would recommend to anyone.

I’m not super into sports or anything but this was the best haircut experience I’ve had outside of a proper barber in a while. Michelle was great. Cut my hair, then took me back and sat me in a massage chair for a hair wash, head massage and hot towel wrap. Then came back to touch up any spots she missed on the first go. Walked out feeling like $98. I’ll be back fo’ sho.Style inspiration: Told her to make me look like Brad Pitt and she did. Magic.

I usually don't complain in Google reviews, but this time, I must do so to raise Sport Clips' awareness of their booking system problems.Even though I live 5 minutes away, I am busy working from home. I rely on the Sport Clips app to book my appointment, which notifies me of the time to leave.Today, I left even before receiving the notification because my haircut was on the top of my mind. The app showed that the person ahead of me was on deck, and my stylist would cut my hair in 20 minutes. When I got there, instead of a 15-minute wait, the queue showed that my new wait time was 40 minutes. It was very frustrating because I needed to submit my work before the end of the day. So, I had to cancel my appointment and book in another place where the appointments are respected.It is the second time the same problem has happened, but the first time it was on the weekend, so it did not affect my time too much. I am fair and won't give a 1-star review because I have had good experiences with excellent stylists like Liz and Beca. They are very professional, with great attitudes and great conversations.So, I will leave this 3-start review and hope Sport Clips can fix these problems with their booking system.

Writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. Great convenient location but inconsistent quality of haircuts. Had a quality haircut with the manager but a very bad haircut with one of the other stylists a different time. It's clear the manager has good skills but additional training or a refresher seems necessary for other stylists.
