Sofie is wonderful! My mom suggested taking my new ring here to be sized she’s had wonderful prior experiences and I was so pleased! Sofie is awesome to chat with and does beautiful work! I’ve had rings sized at store jewelers before and there was a line left on the back but Sofie did a fantastic job and there’s no sign the ring was resized. I would highly recommend checking here for jewelry repair/maintenance needs!

Brought in a broken bracelet and necklace. Sofie fixed them both on the spot free of charge because she deemed it wasn't necessary to charge for the type of fix. Amazing customer service!!

Sofie is an excellent craftswoman and the best in town at what she does! Her services have always been so affordable, so quick, and so quality. When I got engaged, we decided to switch out a couple small stones and resize to very specifically fit my finger, which she was very helpful with finding the best size. She got them swapped and sized so quickly! Later, we found the main stone was a little loose based on the sound it made when shaking, and we brought it to Sofie who fixed it and polished it, both surprisingly at no charge! Once we were married, we went to her to fuse my engagement and wedding bands. She again had great turnaround and price, and said to bring it in for her to clean whenever for free. She's kind, to-the-point, and very talented. Will definitely be going to her long-term!

After being quoted $200 to put a stone back in my ring at a different repair place i brought my ring here. She only charged me $20 and was able to have it repaired in a couple of days. I will be using her for all my jewelry needs from now on.

I had a loose stone on my wedding band, so my husband and I stopped by to have it tightened. Turns out there were two stones loose - it was fixed within seconds! Such friendly and quick service! We’ll definitely be stopping by again to check out the beautiful jewelry!

Sofie handmade the custom wedding rings for my husband and I for our wedding last weekend. Throughout the entire process, Sofie was highly professional and responsive, and really worked with my husband to make two gorgeous wedding bands within our very modest budget. The turnaround from our initial consult to the final product was only about a week! Sofie even allowed us to melt down an existing ring to reclaim some of the metal for this project, which helped us to keep costs low. The rings both fit perfectly and look exactly like our design.
