I recently bought my second sleep number bed. My first one lasted for 18 yrs. My customer service from my first point of contact with the store in Bellingham, Wa to the two gentleman who delivered and set up my new bed was excellent. Thanks to everyone for a pleasant experience....Pat

I am now on my second Sleep Number bed - an upgrade from my first one. The bed was delivered the Friday before Labor Day weekend and Christiana was a huge help in getting some issues worked out. She followed through and made sure the technicians had gotten things sorted out. Things can't always go as smoothly as hoped but if there's great customer service behind the product like this, it is wonderful.

Loved my experience buying this bed for the first time in my life after wanting it for so long. The lady, Christiana was AMAZING!!! What a great experience and I’m super excited to get my bed soon!!! This place practices predatory sales tactics. Once you give them your contact, they will hound you, spam you, and keep doing so until you are miserable. Avoid this place at all costs.

FYI-The sales people who sold me the bed were not very professional nor did they do what they said they would. I was told that I would not see a bill until 30 days after the delivery date. They also failed to mention that it is a credit card....For you to get a "30 Day free trial" they would be required to hold the the transaction until this period is up. This did not happen they processed the sale immediately without informing me. When I received a credit card in the mail (14 days later) I called the store and they told me not to worry and that I should shred the card, still claiming that I would not get a statement until 30 days after the delivery date. I have had the bed less than two weeks and have already been marked delinquent as I was following the instructions of the sales team. Now a ding on the credit report and an hour on the phone talking to automated phone prompts and several bank people it has been corrected, but that ding on the credit doesn't go away....Lessons to be learned-Should have asked more questions.-Should have been smart enough not to trust the word of asalesperson.-There is no "free" trial period

We purchased our sleep number bed a few years ago and we absolutely love it. We’ve received amazing customer service from the day we walked into the store - Jon was very helpful, and answered all our questions. The delivery team were very professional with white glove service. We’ve been by the store again to ask a question or purchase new sheets and been greeted and served with the same great service from both Jon and Ryan. Will always recommend sleep number and the Bellingham store.

We had been thinking about getting a sleep number bed for a while. We knew of others that have them and love them. We went to check them out and it was a great experience. Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want. I really appreciated that. We are really excited about our purchase and a good nights sleep!

Very friendly low pressure staff. We did research ahead of the visit the pillow we wanted and went in to make the purchase. Took advantage of a buy one get the second at 50% off.Wish their website allowed for sales to Canadians tho (currently accepts only US credit cards) - would’ve made the purchase perfect!4.5 stars ? (but Google won’t let me).

Ordered sleep number climate 360 king. Had to wait months for it to be delivered at end of November. Its now December and it went belly up and had to wait for an hour for them to tell me it won't be replaced until January 18th! Ridiculous! What are we supposed to sleep on until then? For a bed over 10k it should be replaced within a week or less!Chris v your reply was useless, your number is just sleepnumber service who I was on the phone for over an hour! To resolve this. The company needs better repair/replacement service as this is our bed! What are we suppose to sleep on if it goes flat!
